      @Finnley Kye Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm.
      Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

    Thanks for the video. The Lee chart recommended #57 for my load but that was to light. I used one size bigger # 61 and the powder charge was right on.

      I have found that most of the recommendations from LEE are a little light. I always start there and go up as needed just like you describe.

    The screws for the powder measure that the breasts nuts hold 6 by 32 what you can do that I did go to the hardware store and buy 6 by 32 one-and-a-half a hell of a lot better screwing them in and out hopes this helps.

    Very helpful. I forgot how to use my press after years of not using it. Couldn't remember how to use the disks. Thank you.

    Cant find chart on site. Need disc number for 9mm 115gr and 124 gr Hodgdon CFE Pistol powder..please help..lol

      Cfe Pistol isn't showing a load for fmj in 115 or 124 grain for 9mm in the lee modern reloading manual.
      However for cfe Pistol, here is the auto disk starting points:
      0.30 = 4.0gr
      0.32= 4.2 gr
      0.34 = 4.5gr
      0.37=4.9gr
      0.40=5.3gr
      0.43=5.7gr
      0.46=6.1gr
      That should get you a starting load.

    For some reason my disc looks like it is not fully going over hole to dump powder..soooo confused!

    • @murphyfirearmstraining3630
      @murphyfirearmstraining3630  3 роки тому

      Run it with the red hopper off, see if the entire hole in the disk goes over the hole in the press. Remember, the hole in the press is much larger, so it may be fine..... but definitely check.

    It's difficult to focus on the loading data you are holding in front of the camera when it is moving around. Otherwise this is a very informative video. :-)

      Auto disk riser. Great for getting your powder out of the way.
