SOUL TRAIN! YOUNG, BLACK, LEADING & GROOVING

A real-life SOUL TRAIN became a moving manifesto of commitment, wrapping up three days at the GAME CHANGERS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE conference in San Bernardino. The event's 40+ participants shifted their soul work from mind to body under the expert tutelage of Facilitator NY'Shae Perkins, chanting I AM A BLACK LEADER, I AM A GOD and I AM A GAME CHANGER while working a dance line comprised of their fellow leaders. This energized room of black youth - real, committed - took control of their own narratives and destinies, confident in their ability to organize toward achieving a more just America.
