Disney named a ship in Star Wars, Vessel, and named a rock character Geode. There are definitely writers dumb enough to name a cat, Cat. If you had subtitles on for the movie I'm sure it's named Kat because the writers think that's cute and clever.

The reason this was made is because Sony wants to make more Spider-Man related movies where they don't have to share any of the money with Marvel. It's the same reason Morbius got made. It's why Kraven is being made. It's why Venom exists.
Exactly! Sony wants their own Spidey-verse just without Spider-Man so they don't have to deal with or share any of the profits with Marvel/Disney. And so far, the only that seems to have done remotely well has been Venom but I think that Sony is still hoping that they successfully build an SCU without Spidey.
As far as a female empowerment agenda goes, I have my doubts about that. There are other female characters in the Spider-Man pantheon that they could have gone with Spider-Gwen or Spider-Woman. I think that they thought that an ensemble cast was the way to go. Remember, Sony is a Japanese owned company and the Japanese aren't into this whole feminist agenda thing. And if Sony is run anything like other Japanese companies with branches in the US then Japan is going to have a lot of say in what they can and can't do. If Sony pictures ties to do something that Sony Japan doesn't like, you can bet that they're going to tell them no.
The best part of this movie is knowing some valenties day couples got to enjoy the empty cinemas that are effectively private acoustic sex booths.
Are there still people in the booth upstairs working the cameras or is it all just digital now? If so, that could be fun for them too!

Funny thing about the timeline; outside of fixed points and certain destined individuals, everything is in flux constantly. The very act of declaring what the future will be will change the future so it isn't.

Just to reiterate, I completely agree that this may have been written by Chat GPT, at first. Unfortunately, someone decided to make some changes.
Think about all the ideas with foresight into the future. You've got Dr Manhattan on one end. He can see the future sure, but he still experiences it and cannot change much. There's a heavy theme there. Philosophical weight.
On the other hand you have Dr Strange. He looks into the future and pulls a neat trick. Takes a risk and makes a gamble with odds that are fourteen billion six hundred five to one.
There's Back to the Future. Marty has technically seen what his parents' future looks like and so when he goes back in time accidentally. But he can't change too much because every change will have a butterfly effect and the future past will always catch up to you.
You've got Quicksilver and Flash that bend time and can tell where objects will be.
Madame Web? You can see ten minutes ahead, which means you now get ten minutes to solve a problem. You could have cut out the bs by making her super intelligent who can think at lightning speed like memorizing the details and using the environment. But nah! They make her a dummy-dum-dum!
Chat GTP can probably make a MUCH better movie at this point than what this turned into...

I decided to do some research on the Madame Web character in the comics after hearing about this movie... and I know this is gonna sound obvious, but the only similarity these characters have is the name.
I know this is the most "No Sh*t, Sherlock!" moment in the world, but just thought I'd put that out there.

From the screenshots I have seen makes the villain look like Miles Moralis and one of Madame webs outfits looks JUST like Scorpius from Farscape!!!

My friend is the manger for the local branch of a major theater chain and he stated the four theaters in his multiplex dedicated for this movie only had about 25 - 30 people between them.

After watching your review and Angry Joe's, the picture seems to become clear to me. I may have no actual proof of this, but it sure sounds a lot like this movie was made by the CFO for the CEO, artists and audiences were not involved in any way.
To cut costs on any of these expensive "writers" they got an AI to script it, then sent it to an unpaid intern to look it over while waiting for his bronze league ques to pop. They then implemented all his changes without question and sent it to the marketing team that went over it with a fine tooth comb. They made sure the script hit all the checkboxes that their big investors wanted, removed any sections that may have been AI generated into "not appropriate for a global audience", added in a ton of product placement to pay for the film and in no way made the script any better.
Next up they did backroom deals with talent agencies to get actors in the film for a fraction of what they would expect to earn in a big name title. The actors, upon realizing how bad the script is phoned in their performances and left their talent agencies for screwing them over like this. The special effects team was rushed to get this movie out by the marketable date of valentines and didn't really fully finish their job, and the editors may well have barely had a hand in it.
Black Adam played with anti-heroism plenty, but that film certainly didn't do anything with it.
So I guess the good news for Sony is they can't lose over $100 million on their angry feminist propaganda staring three non-characters of diverse-women origin like Disney did because Sony had no budget for this.

Most explosives do not explode when exposed to fire - they need the detonation of a much more sensitive explosive to set them off. Eg. TNT will just burn without exploding.
Otherwise they would be insanely dangerous to store and handle. Detonators contain sensitive explosives that are easy to set off by all sorts of means, but if they might be placed inside the other explosive that insulates it from the environment.
