I usually teach that song to my students and I wanted to share with you the unison section of Yngwie Malmsteen - I'll See The Light Tonight with tabs. It's a great exercise that every level of guitarist can practice and improve their picking technique, speed, and accuracy. This Yngwie Malmsteen Lick starts with a harmonic minor and has a classic baroque approach and finishes with a diminished run. Start practicing with a slow tempo and increase your speed gradually.

One technique question if you don't mind:
I have noticed that I constantly lift the index finger of my left hand. Do I need to fix this in order to get to hyperspeed?
I tried to get rid of the habit but my hand feels so much more tense and I am much slower.

Sure fix it first then you'll get the speed without any problem. Check out my technical difficulties lesson video. I am showing fingering hand technique properly

Hey man, I don’t know but there is a software called Acoustica 7. You can create your own backing tracks or isolate tracks. Check it out it’s damn good!!!
