Mine came with a warranty but as it turns out they will charge you to service the warranty. Looks like I would have to pay the $200 service fee to get a technician to come out. The work they perform may be covered under warranty but I'm still out $200 to get them out to look at it. Kind of a raw deal IMO
@@yellowarmy99 My system worked great for many years. Just turns out the parts of their warranty that claim to be lifetime may not really be a lifetime warranty. My local dealer told me I would have to go back through corporate because the local dealer would not honor the lifetime portion of the contract. I have not worked up the mental fortitude to contact corporate just yet. $6600 seems spendy though. Hopefully this includes more than a water softener...
We had a series of Culligan water softeners for over 50 years, but when it went out this time they couldn't fix it because Culligan is no longer made in the USA! They are made in CHINA now and don't support the USA made units. They are very expensive for a made in China product. We got a Kinetico system and the water is the best that it has ever been.
I’m just here wondering how water gets hard bru?
Does system have a warranty on it?

I just signed up for them, the price is too high - $6600
I'm really worried, have an option to cancel in 2 days, any specific issue?
