Really? _Antics_ and _Our Love to Admire_ are just as good as anything from _Turn on the Bright Lights_ in my (unpopular) opinion. This solo track *is* good but it's not in the same league as Interpol's first 3 incredible albums.

I'm going to the FYF Fest and once I saw that Paul Banks and Dinosaur Jr. were planned to play at the same time, I couldn't believe it…..I love listening to both of them but it is going to be a tough one once I find myself in the situation of choosing…..

This Banks solo track is decent, no doubt, but I long for more music from Interpol's original lineup. Alas, it wasn't meant to be.
He's not entirely wrong though. The content might be similar but I have to agree, in most instances his solo stuff is uniquely separate from Interpol's on the basis of instrumental composition alone. The only Interpol song I can think of that sounds indistinguishable from Paul's solo work is C'Mere.
