Really? _Antics_ and _Our Love to Admire_ are just as good as anything from _Turn on the Bright Lights_ in my (unpopular) opinion. This solo track *is* good but it's not in the same league as Interpol's first 3 incredible albums.
Sadly, I agree. I loved Interpol's music until Carlos left and now I've all but lost interest. _El Pintor_ has great songs but it's just not the same without Carlos's basslines. This Banks solo track is decent, no doubt, but I long for more music from Interpol's original lineup. Alas, it wasn't meant to be.
I'm going to the FYF Fest and once I saw that Paul Banks and Dinosaur Jr. were planned to play at the same time, I couldn't believe it…..I love listening to both of them but it is going to be a tough one once I find myself in the situation of choosing…..

It's a great road song to the beach. Paul is my fave writer. Hoping his full length is more profound than this ep. Still enjoy it though.
