Iphone 14 lineup has been known for battery problems. It drops down too fast, after a full year it should drop 1-2% max while for some it drops down to even ~80-ish%
Well,I’ve had my 14 Pro Max since launch and have MagSafe charged overnight 99% of the time and I still have 100% battery health so it clearly hasn’t done mine any harm 🤷♂️ I always leave the case on when charging too.
In v16.5.1 my new iPhone 14 battery health drain in 1month in 99% i used to charge around 30 to 85% , but how it's happen. Im in tension 😢😢 what should I do.
I need more of a direct answer to how to keep battery health high, I am on 85% after almost a year. I usually take case off when charging. Also i charge it 100% then unplug it. Now I’ve been told to avoid the iPhone going below 20% or even 10% then charging. I need more of your approach.. do you plug in your iPhone to charge many times throughout the day, around what percentage?
I think it is ironic because Apple added the MagSafe option to their phones since 12 Pro Max & now the standby option that needs to be plugged into the charger to be used so what does that do the battery life, especially when it stays on all night never intelligently turns off!!!
My 14PM battery went from 31.4C on cable to 28.7C on off brand wireless charger within a couple of minutes checked using Coconut Battery internal battery temperature. I’ve heard MagniSafe overheats and is over priced.
Early 2023, my country is 40 degree celsius! After 11 months of usage, my iPhone 13 Pro's battery health has been decreasing faster from 100% to 93% starting February 19th till June 22th 🥹
My iphone 14 Pro Max sits by my desktop Mac most of the day when I'm not out; in Standby Mode; then all night on Standby mode by the bed for sleeping. You mentioned it has at least a minimal impact on the battery; as I've had my iphone X get a swollen battery multiple times because I kept it on a basic charging stand for most of the day. (non magsafe). I now have my iphone X not charging when it's sitting on it's daytime stand. What about the 14 Pro Max? Of course Standby Mode would not work if the charger is not plugged into power..
strategy: buy the pro max version always upgrade every year (pay least amount to upgrade by trading in) use wireless charging to your hearts content (who cares!) ... profit!
If MagSafe is so bad for charging why the hell are they forcing it so bad… I personally love wireless charging but the way it kills my battery is just☹️
The temperature reading may not be really comparable, because one phone has 79% and maybe is waiting for you general wakeup time to increase to 100%, and in general it's get slower (and not that heat) at around 80%, while the other phone has 37%...
@@KDarkLordKThats impossible. If it charges, it charges no matter from what source it pulls the electricity. Thats bullshit. If you want clean energy then you need to find an electricity contract with only clean energy.
@@iDeviceHelp on my 14PM I have drop to 99% battery health with 25 battery cycle. I am using optimize chsrging with apple 30W charger. I am not using magsafe at all.
Another great video. My battery health on iPhone 14 Pro Max is 88 percent 😂. I use MagSafe 60 percent of the time and play games while charging for a few hours a day. I do plan on keeping iPhone 14 Pro Max but I’ll have to see how the performance and heat management on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I plug my 12 Mini into CarPlay, not in direct sunlight & after my car has cooled & I still get the charging on hold warning. I hope this gets fixed in 17.

I use MagSafe also 94% I feel like iOS 17 beta 1-2 made it drop like 2-3%. iPhone 14 pro max here.
Same
My iPhone 13 is still on 100% battery health and has over 500 cycle counts (I mainly charge using a MagSafe charger and charge overnight)
Same. My 13 pro max is at 99%. That’s the best method
wireless charging cooks your phone literally

How come you do not use Optimized Battery Charging and Clean Energy Charging?
I don’t have a constant schedule, so it’s not useful to me
Wish the iPhone battery would last longer like the MacBook Pro

Hi man
ive had my 14 pro for 6 months now and it’s still 100%
Omgg I had mine for 6 months too and at 99% battery health
Well, interesting enough since the IOS 17 beta update my iPhone 14 Pro Max has lost 2% battery over 2 weeks
Always learn this beta is not official unofficial iOS kills battery health
@@dayshanwilliams5674 I knew that before, though didn’t think it’ll be so quick. Thanks anyway

Im at 89 % and i use magsafe most the time and play alot of cod mobile 😂
just replace the battery after another year
@@Howdidhenotseeme why do that . I can afford to get a new phone 😂
Wirelessly charging your iPhone is only advisable when the first flake of snow hits the ground

Make sense about the magsafe and wireless charging because is more hot. my son's phone just charge by cable has better battery life. thanks
Phone heat up while using 5G is there any solution bro
Im at 89 % i guess its a good thing i upgrade every year
My battery health is stuck at 100% 87 charge cycles. Is it normal? It wasn’t a brand new device I bought.
