Scored an absolute screamer in my tekelas yesterday. Anybody allergic to New Balance is missing out. Thanks for the review! As an aside, the price here in the US is the same for v4 and v4+
Honestly think NB is making some of the best athletic products out right now. 442 are my go to. I got a pair of furon 7. But i think ill be making a choice between the crazyfast and tekela low + for my next purchase
I got flat feet, and have both (none plus version) to size, tight at first, but they stretch out. Most comfortable cleats I’ve ever worn. The Tekele has great grip, the Furons lack that, but were the lightest boots in 2023, I believe the Adidas Crazy Fast is now the lightest.
I used the tekela v4 pros and the touch I felt on them was amazing the best first touch I’ve felt on any boots ever and they’re really soft. It was my first time getting pro version boots though so that obviously makes a difference
For tekkela buyers Tried and for all not true size but half size up believe me ! Or get a lot of blisters on heel and Achilles pain due to the heel shape ! I had to return mine and I will tire half size up
Hi jay...did you really recommended go true to size or half size up on the tekela v4+? i got normal wide feet btw and currently using 8.5uk/9us (27cm)...thanks...regards, your big fan from Malaysia ;)

My only request from NB is that they make studs suitable for artificial grass surfaces for the Furon model. Conical studs in the mid forefoot for MG, or all conical (AG). Love what NB is doing. Tekela pro is my current go to for AG surfaces.
Really wanted to like these boots, love the colourway, but the toe box is very tight. The upper is a lot lower than the previous tekela and it just puts a constant pressure on your toes making it unbearable. No idea why they've done that. Also the soleplate is very flexible, which is nice if you like that, but for me it was too much, and didn't offer much support during sprints or quick bursts.
@@unisport thanks, I was just thinking the previous version might be a better value for money since they are now priced at 170 so I’m not sure if the extra 45$ are worth it
@@orphanblackops4608He tests everything on turf because it’s Denmark in the winter. He has said before, you should be careful and not take his wear testing in these videos as serious representations of playing conditions meant for the boots.
What @sdot5389 said is spot on. But to your question: Yes, I think they're a bit too much. At least they wouldn't be my go-to boots on AG if I have safety in mind. They'll be OK, but I''d call it feeling 90% safe instead of a 100 if you get where I'm going. /Jay

You should have an additional boot tester, that doesn’t wear size 40 with a narrow foot. And have more normal size and foot type
+1 for a big foot guy. Extreme end ranges of sizes fit totally different and have different proportions than the average.
