I recommend making biscotti! I’ve done it multiple times and they turn out really good, I brought them to family thanksgiving and even gluten eaters loved them ❤
Still there are to much ingredients that you don't need, you already have almond flower which is good. A sauce will always thicken by itself it just takes a bit longer. I would only use broth and Some butter. Things like tapioca flower and ghee are technically gluten free, still not good for people with celiac disease. So there is too much going on, use simple high quality ingredients like they do in italy. All with all you also have to use good quality extra vergine olive oil.
