@BeLoud13 he's pretty self aware when it comes to his father the other siblings can't except that their father uses them as pawns and Connor was always aware that his father is a selfish person that doesn't care about anyone but himself and was able to accept it
So true. He's also very self-aware and emotionally sober enough to accept the truth about he and Willa's relationship. Like they are very transparent with eachother. But then he has almost a manic-level confidence when it comes to things like thinking he can be president or when he flies off the handle with things like the cold butter. A very interesting guy. And, of course, interested in politics from a young age :P
Briefly stepping out of his shelter “he never let us get in the pool with him as kids…” just a moment of real Connor being like our childhood should not be sugarcoated were unable to think about it from adult perspective and being delusional
It is really sad that Roman ruined his relationship with Conner with his twisted joke. Especially since at about the same time, Roman remembers his favorite childhood memory: going flyfishing with his brothers. Which Conner had organized.
I can’t help Connor is just like when things are down Connor just pops up and says the most absolute delusional and out of pocket things you just can’t help to laugh, especially with Willa.
It’s been incredible to watch him this season juxtaposed with his siblings who are just walking corpses. His whole thing about his dad never liking him and not having anyone love him is just devastating.
Hes gonna get some political power and manage to bail them out when they finally end up tanking the whole company Him and Greg are definitely fumbling their way to the top lmao
Anyone else find it really depressing that the other three siblings never thought to get Connor to say his last words on the phone to his dad? I was like wth i know he's an after thought to you guys but sheeesh
The most unrealistic part of the show was the fact that with all the media attention Connor and his wife Willa have gotten due to his run for president and the death of his father on their wedding day, not a single former client of hers recognized her and snitched to the media that he married a SW.
In defence of the writers is seems willa is a high end escort who probably goes after wealthier clients based on her relationship with conor anyway. So if they were to out willa they would also be outing them selves as a person who engages with "women who do what she does"
Why I love this show , how out of touch these trust fund brats are lol Connor Roy 55 years old , " I Finally want to work! " meanwhile 78% of America is living paycheck to paycheck , most have no savings and the retirement age is now at what 80 ? Great stuff succession .
But a lot of those 78% percent of people would be fake as fuck around the Roys lol. Hype them up in the hopes of a crumb. Makes the Roys more sympathetic imo
I don't know how Willa can stand Connor. Hilarious when she finally accepts his proposal by saying, "Fuck it. Fuck it! How bad can it be?" How romantic. Connor is so unlovable. The actor nails it!
Conner bounces from delusional to painfully self-aware
I've never noticed him being self-aware.
@BeLoud13 he's pretty self aware when it comes to his father the other siblings can't except that their father uses them as pawns and Connor was always aware that his father is a selfish person that doesn't care about anyone but himself and was able to accept it

His behaviour seems more desperate than delusional, Like it’s a defence mechanism caused by psychological trauma.
we must never forget that Connor Roy was interested in politics from a very young age
To which I would add, Connor Roy was interested in politics from a very young age
True. After all Connor never had the makings of a varsity athlete.
That is true, but did you know that Connor Roy was interested in politics from a very young age
Also, he is the eldest son.
Even when he goes to Disneyland, he still searches for something political there because he was interested in politics from a very young age
I think his eulogy at Lester's funeral was the hardest I ever laughed in the show.
I am here as a fellow human

“Lester’s wife is Maria. They were married for 15 years.

@@TheAndrewj96 imagine what it must have been like from her perspective lol
It was topped by his karaoke scene singing Leonard Cohen

The Conheads are going to love this

conheads reporting for duty
I'm a plant who grows on rocks and lives off insects that die in my stomach. I don't need love. It's like a superpower!
My favorite line.
Heartbreaking
„Connor Roy was interested in politics at a very young age“
That should of been left unsaid..
@@Kinghavsit is not unsaid if you say so
It’s been incredible to watch him this season juxtaposed with his siblings who are just walking corpses. His whole thing about his dad never liking him and not having anyone love him is just devastating.
Secret end-game hero and legit good big brother Connor Roy.
Hes gonna get some political power and manage to bail them out when they finally end up tanking the whole company
Him and Greg are definitely fumbling their way to the top lmao
love him or hate him, he IS the eldest son
His delivery of “that’s unsaid” when talking about if he’d make a better CEO never fails to crack me up every single time I watch it.
I love how Conor just loves his siblings
Anyone else find it really depressing that the other three siblings never thought to get Connor to say his last words on the phone to his dad? I was like wth i know he's an after thought to you guys but sheeesh

So sincere and angry with that line lol

it's insane how so many write such a simple quote incorrectly
@@DylanLCutshall k
@@DylanLCutshall bro he literally used both "at" and "from" (for from see 2:02 )
@@akoszahorsky1071 it's not the original though. Not may fault Connor can't say it correctly either
@@DylanLCutshall that's incorrect, he did say "from" a very young age the second time
I wasn’t ready for a lot in S4, but the ongoing Connorsaince beats every other shock (except you know).
“I look at your face and, no offence, I see dead babies…” 😂😂
⚰️
I found Connor really annoying at first but gradually warmed to him as the series went on.
"Who's there? Uncle Sam. And where's his hand? In my pants."
The only likeable person in the Roy family 😂😂 I really hope he has a happy ending as President (doubt it tho)
He was not likeable lmao he was obviously an out of touch narcissist
@@emmettpepitohe’s somewhat like able cause he never pretended to be a good person
I still tear up at Lester’s eulogy. I would love it if someone had the courage to do that at my funeral

It helps that he's never considered a serious contender so nobody wastes ink on him.

idk why u cheer on a show that reaffirms the divide tho.
Is Connor 55? We see Kendall's 40th in S3 and Connor doesn't look 15 years older than Ken in the intro...

America’s retirement age is 65. We have leaner mandatory retirement.

3:37 Connor Roy conducts a successful deal, setting him apart from all of his siblings.
This is a good video, but now it over. Now I’m sad.
Conhead supremacy!!!
TK Kirkland taught Conner how to hyper decant.
Im obsessed with the way he says this line its so funny 1:28
I'm the eldest son, I am. Me.
Connor was the funniest sibling!! 😂😂
I thought hyper decanting was some made up shit but is actually real lmao

If he wants to be the eldest son he needs to fucking act like it!
Well, compared to Roman and druggie Kendall, he just might be the most mature son.
He s like a Dwight from The Office
