- I ran the Dragon's Back Ascent race at the inaugural Mammoth Trail Fest this year. Short races are infinitely more painful to me than long races, especially when they are at altitude. All told, it was a super fun way to be involved in this amazing new festival and race series directed by Tim Tollefson.
