There are really much better quotes in Snatch than this collection. "I am not in Rome Avi, I'm in a rush" for example. Or "It's An Unlicensed Boxing Match. It's Not A Tickling Competition" , "Shut Up And Sit Down, You Big, Bald F***.", "I Thought You Said He Was A Getaway Driver. What The F*** Can He Get Away From, Eh?" and so on and so forth. Nah, Guy is a representation of a British cinematography. Quentin is a representation of an American cinematography. Both can’t be compared and touched. But it could be a banger if both could do a film together.
@@BanditoGames3 how many movies did you make? None, that’s what I thought. Nothing wrong with a violence in movie. Better watch Tarantino movies that woke ass garbage for snowflake and soy boys.
This is how to tell a story on film! Direction, performance, editing and photography don't get any better than this, especially the editing. Guy Ritchie had a dream team of actors to work with to relate a complicated plot, which is done with ease.
Missed a hugely funny line in the cutscene with the plain clothed Police. Fat Policeman; "What's in the car" Turkish; "Seats and a steering wheel" Priceless.
It’s Irish gypsy , it has its own dialect and this is similar but being Irish meself and growing up around gypsies this is over the top if I’m being honest. He did a decent job but I wouldn’t say brilliant.
Brad Pitt is so good in this. Also, the actor playing the dog loving sidekick is the same actor who played Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire. He was brilliant in that series. I didn't even realize at the time that he was British.
I love this movie, I watch it on the plane everything I go on holiday, it’s always on my watchlist My fave bit is when the dog jumps up at b Pitt, in the scene where they’re negotiating the caravan at the hare coursing. I remember seeing an interview years ago where they were saying that was totally unplanned and ad-libbed , and had great unintended comedy timing from that dog, Pitt just carried on and it was worked into the scene and left in. It was just for a few seconds but thats a little bit of magic.
This is probably my favorite Guy Ritchie movie, narrowly beating out Lock Stock and RocknRolla. -- the entire cast is brilliant, but I especially liked Dennis Farina (RIP).👍
Having just watched snatch for the v first time yesterday- the mannerisms and actions of Mickey are spot on when imitating someone from the travelling community… I find it scarcely believable that that’s Brad Pitt- crazy!
A friend of mine used to have a “B” movie night, where we would bring dud films. He brought Snatch. After my first viewing, I asked my wife to watch it. After she watched it, she bought the DVD, the soundtrack, and everything else! B movie my ass!!!! We’ve seen this movie 15+ times. It never gets old. And Brad Pitt?!?! Greatest roll he ever played! Truly, you forget it’s him. Kinda like Tom Hanks in Philadelphia,,,,, insane acting!
I asked some co workers, (US guy asking Irish doods...what did they think of Brad's accent). Gordon and Emmet said...(spot on mate). They loved that gippo's accent. So great...I love this movie and every nuance about it.
The character wasnt even originally in the film either, Pitt loved lock stock, so they made a role for him and he nailed it. Thing is, ive never heard a traveller say a bad word about it either. It plays on the stereotypes, but in a good way. Classic
The best part of the movie is the bar scene towards the end-one of the best movie scenes ever. "I have DESERT EAGLE .50 written down the side of mine."
Only now I realised that: "I reckon the hare is f*cked" is expression of Bacon feelings deep inside him. He is the rabbit and he is in the same kind of situation
Guy Richey was up and coming at the time and only made Lock Stock before, so a very low budget, but good on Brad an established actor to take on that part, he absolutely killed it.
I swear at 1.12 that Brad Pitt treads accidentally on the lurcher's foot. I have a lurcher and any contact with their paws seems to have that reaction!
I always used to be ambivalent about Brad Pitt , thinking he was merely a pretty boy , model type. This movie changed my mind , mainly because its one of my favorite pictures. Living in the states i noticed most people here didnt understand cockney slang or some of the details that filled the screen. After pointing out a few that otherwise went right over thier heads my friends found a newer appreciation for this movie. Just a couple of the many reasons this movie is one of my personal favorites.
Well, i had this argument with the missus at the time, she said i had a thing for him. As my favourtie films with Snatch, Fight Club, Troy, Seven, Meet Joe Black, Interview With a Vampire. The lad has nailed some classics. But fight club always for me.
Hi everyone! What grade (out of 10) would you give this video?
I will give it 10 out of 10. Brad Pitt absolutely killed it. If it wasnt for him i dont think the film would have had the same impact.
A Big Fat 10 out of 10
10 out of 10.

3 out of ten it's 3 scenes with like 3 good quotes you could make a 10 minute video of amazing quotes from the whole cast particularly brick top
Guy Ritchie "answer" to Quentin Tarantino. This one is a perpetual winner. Flawless all around.
