    That looks like a neighborhood in the United States. But, needs to be fully paved. Also, have an independent super market within the estate or even even make it a Kinshasa city annex by building multiple neighborhoods that look just like that one.

      True talk my bro, those are my thoughts as well. The management of this place needs to improved, because what they have is purely golden, but am sure they will as competition grows. God Bless you bro

    It's a good start, with all these people suggesting that they should do this and that, it should look like London or a city in the United States, Rome was not built in one day, also we are not going to turn our African nations in a new America or Europe. So stop comparing .

    Hey bro, just discovered your channel and subscribed. Beautiful video indeed! You’re right bro, Congolese diaspora and other African brothers need to invest in this beautiful land. Thank God, Congo is a very hospitable country, so everyone with good intentions is more than welcome to invest in Congo, my beautiful homeland!

    • @travelvlogsbylasarian.9465
      @travelvlogsbylasarian.9465  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks bro for joining us, and subscribing. You are absolutely right, Congo is a very hospitable Country, and is very open to all good intentioned people to come and invest here. Right now, the very majority of investors in the DRC are not African, what that will mean is that tomorrow we will have little or no economic impact in the most consequential African Nation because we failed to recognize opportunities in time. Like i continue to say, while there can be many individual impact from the diaspora, the major impact from the diaspora will need to be in collective forms of investment groups. We should be smart enough now,- by virtue of our enlightenment, education, and our experiences gathered from living abroad, to recognize this fact, and act on it . A simple project of 20-30 African diaspora in the US (for example) to build a 10 story, 60 Apartment Building in Gombe or Limete in kinshasa, will yield them lofty returns infinitely, this is not rocket science my brothers and sisters. Those so called foreign investors, are doing just same thing right now, and are growing formidable wealth from it, here in Africa. We simply just can't ignore this. Lets start loving each other enough, to start trusting, and investing with each other, to grow together as proud Sons and Daughters of our Mother- Africa. Am waiting for suggestions. Thanks bro, and God Bless you

    Nice a state needs school near by for families thank you again for this videos we just need the government to lay some good foundations for diasporas , Congo can be very challenging for somoene coming from abroad people are not that adventurous if you get what I mean anything new so it can be a bit challenging,the state needs a little bit of an improvement ,i get what you’re saying the river is not that use it needs some yachts or boat recreation area to really put more value on the area but then as a residential area maybe they thought to keep down not to turn it to Las Vegas 😁😁😁it needs some areas for kids to play a corner shop pharmacy it lacking something !!!

    Beautiful estate yes, my father owns a couple of apartments in there. Took him a couple of years of endless court proceedings and almost a heart attack to get keys to his apartments handed to him and that’s despite having all the proof of sale and commitment agreement between him and the estate management. The owner has a very bad rep because he’s done this to countless of buyers. You give him the money, he promises you the world that he never intends to deliver or sales you an apartment that he has already sold to someone else. He used to work with a mafia of corrupt politicians who would protect him. Don’t know if his practices are still on going because it was the old regime that he had in his pocket. Africa is good but this kind of corruption is killing us. Many people give up on investment opportunities because of the headaches. My advice if you buy here make sure you’re getting keys to your house right away

      That is a lie! Stop lying to people! Sir do not believe everything.. Fally doesn't own any of the houses there. That house you saw belongs to someone else who actually let Fally stay for some time. It was proven by one journalist who personally went there to investigate the story. When the truth came out, Fally filled with shame and anger, decided to get the journalist arrested for interfering in his private life.

    It does look like places in the United States. And the problem with what you see is that almost EVERYTHING is imported. The cars, the materials, the HAC systems, the fences, etc. While this looks gorgeous, it is really a testament to how dysfunctional and poorly managed the country is.

Every problem you just mentioned is a million dollar opportunity for you and my other prothers and sisters in diaspora, that's the way I want us to start looking at these things from now on bro.
