The best locations in Gombe, a 2 bedroom can run upwards of $2000.00 monthly, however, near neighborhoods like Ngaliema, kitambo, Limete, am sure you can get a good Apartment for about $700 to $1000. You call it "Propaganda", but I see it as "Promotional". My mission here is to promote Kinshasa, so that people around the World, especially our Diaspora Africans, can see it as a City worth investing in. If you cannot understand that, then I cannot help you bro. But, "stop", is a command I usually don't pay too much attention to. I sincerely ask you to see my reasoning, - that, the only way kinshasa will grow out of the poor state you are seeing now, is for investors to come in and build it, simple. I am also a strong advocate for the African Diaspora, to lead that investor effort. So, let's focus on selling this idea of investing in kinshasa, to those who might be willing to do just that. How about you ask the authory to start by providing clean water and electricity? Good, then join me in partitioning the Government to remove those obstacles, like extra fees at the Airports, and visa problems etc, i face the same problems too. However, am not telling anyone to wait for anything to be done before they move. Those small obstacles pale in comparisons with the ROI you get from investing in the present day "not so perfect" DRC. If you doubt me, ask those who are invested already. One thing I can guarantee you is that the quality of life of those brave foreigner investors in the DRC rt now is greatly enhanced by their decisions to come in now. At the risk of making this a debate, i will stop.
