This estate was built with our money, people. Meaning that the average citizen does not profit from it. Go figure. The amenities are of very average quality. And the asking price for this is ridiculously high. It is not even worth it. Just because you are shown something average, but new, with a bit of glass here and there, nothing luxurious at all...Le gars s'extasie comme si c'etait le paradis....C'mon now y'all... Thank you for sharing, though...
I wish more western and American media would show more of this stuff in Africa

Gombe is actually one of the most powerful cities in Kinshasa. I was there at least multiple times and was amazed at how good it looked like in 2018

Very interesting! I’ve been to 19 African countries, but want to go to Kinshasa, but the burocracy is crazy. Visa especially. Can you help me with this? Loved the video, and the are looks nice. Gomle would be my base, I think. I am from Norway and speak French.
Thanks, but am afraid I can't help with visa to Congo at the moment. A lot of people complain about the visa process and fees in the DRC. Let's hope the Government will address this, because it is really hurting their tourism business. Gombe is clearly the best part of Kinshasa. Hope to see you there one day . God Bless you 🙏

I drive a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso. There are a lot of jeeps driving around your place. Here in Belgium you pay a lot of taxes for such cars...
My uncle who lived by the sea used to run a hotel in Kinshasa in the 1960s. He then worked for the Belgian Air Force and also had to carry out maintenance on the fighter planes of the time. A beautiful life and a busy job. President see seko was not yet in power, but there was already unrest in the country at that time....

Here in Belgium, 7/10 have their own home and the average salary is 2500-3500 net per month. You make very educational, nice videos from Kinshasa. Greetings, Michel
