A hard line from the frame to the fuel pressure regulator? I know, solid motor mounts, but really? Just make up a braided line. I recommend Russell line and fittings, they are the easiest, trust me.
I ran braided fuel line for many years. I switched over to aluminum fuel line when the braided line wore out. The regulator is mounted to a bracket which is bolted to the carb...solid motor mounts and subframe connectors. There is enough movement in the line for any vibration and it is held in place along the frame with rubber insulated clamps. I don't see any issue.
