A common weakness in the latest BMWs, especially if you tune your car, is the charge pipe from the turbo to the intakes. The hot side pipes are plastic, and heat and plastic don't mix well especially if you are running higher boost than stock. This is a good idea even if you are stock but is a must do if you are running higher boost.
    Required parts and tools:
    Mishimoto S58 charge pipe
    www.kiesmotorsports.com/produ...
    10mm, 13mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm (21mm for G80s) socket and wrench
    E18 reverse torx socket
    pick tool
    plastic trim tool kit
Jack and jack stands, or Quickjack (highly recommend)
    4 gallons of coolant
    torque wrench
    impact wrench
T30, T40 torx bits and driver or wrench
    Coolant bleed directions:
Adjust the fill level in the coolant expansion tanks to the maximum mark.
Close the sealing cap on the coolant expansion tanks of cooling circuit.
    Connect battery charger.
    Activate testing-analysis-diagnosis (PAD) by quickly
pressing the START-STOP button three times.
    Set heating to maximum temperature.
Set the fan to the lowest level.
    Depress the accelerator pedal and maintain for 15 s;
do not press the brake pedal during this process.
The automatic cooling system bleeding procedure is
initiated. Step off the accelerator pedal, do not touch the brake pedal.
Depending on the equipment specification of the
    instrument cluster (KOMBI), ("Service function
    started") is displayed.
Once system says stopped, or pump has stopped operating (can take up to 11min) press the brake pedal.
Check fluid levels and top off if needed and repeat until the tanks are no longer low once the process is done.
*important* If using this process, I keep at least a half jug of coolant in my trunk. Check frequently over the next few days for tank levels and top off as needed.
    Nice to have:

I bought grade 1 titanium charge pipes for my F82 M4 for 400 dollars including shipping and the quality was AMAZING.

Sounds good, but the S58 motor is significantly different and more complicated.

Those worm clamps are bound to fail or leak at high boost, i'd put some t-bolt clamps instead.
29:19 lolol nice magic trick 😂

Agreed and will change them out in the future.

I just read an interesting article talking about worn drive vs t-bolt clamps. The worm drive style provides more uniform pressure. Assuming the clamps provided are high quality stainless and in the correct location (behind lip beads if they are present) should be fine.

What do you use for the oil cooler mesh protector down below?

Zunsport makes excellent front and oil cooler screens. I am also a big fan of the Mishimoto skid plate.
