They aren't doing STRICT pull-ups during a WOD, that would be silly. If you did , you wouldn't gotten through it fast. WODs is all about speed. Butterfly pull-ups is the most efficient pullups you can do in CrossFit. That stuff ain't easier either. If the workout needed strict pullups that would be specified in the WOD, which is not, you just need to get up there.
It is insane how Kevin did his unbroken for 4 rounds from cleans to front squats to jerks.
How come nobody told that guy he was supposed to do a jerk and not a push press?

Zero pull ups accomplished. Kipping is so lame.
