- In this video we install the all new S&B air intake specifically made for the 2023+ Escalade V but was it worth the money? Also my new ZZ632 crate engine arrived now time to find something to install it in!

I would say for a no tune intake its probably worth it! Its also currently the only option out right now for the V
I have the exact same CAI on my 19 GMC Denali 6.2L and it made a world of difference. The biggest issue you have is the cooling fans all stuffed in the way. There's loads of room in front of the radiator, maybe place the fans ahead of the radiator for a pusher system over puller, then you should have enough room to run a much larger tube for that monster air filter. Honestly, that thing is HUGE.
Beautiful ride though, would love to have one of those someday. Maybe see if that ZZ632 would fit under there..... 🤔
As long as it’s enclosed and keeps the heat away from it. It would be beneficial and not lose horsepower.
Yeah for sure! Definitely a good design
All depends on where it draws air from. My truck drew from the inner fender, with the liners it basically drew from that via the "director" it had in front of the wheel. So pulling inner fender heat, tire heat, road heat... and ambient engine bay heat. 3D printed a Ram style air intake to start by the grill and attached to the front of the OEM box (where the stock "horn" went to the inner fender). Today my AIT was reading about 65... when it was 58 out this morning.

S&B intakes are incredibly nice and have TOP NOTCH customer service. Love the 1000HP NA ZZ632 crate motor and hopefully you cross 100k subscribers before Christmas.

FYI. The escalade v doesn't have the DOD lifters or oil holes to block off. The block comes with no dod oil holes.
I wish you could put a 10 speed behind that 632 and have that in a clean OBS Chevy nice custom exhaust out the back
