I sell custom products and many of them use the same «base» product. Is there a way to link all the items that are based on the same item together so that when I sell one, it automatically updates the stock for the rest?
Thank you for the straight to the point , helpful video ! - just subbed & looking forward to your other videos ... Do you recommend using skus when just starting your store or just keeping it simple at first ?
Let’s say I have an order but none of the products have barcode on them is there a way to print the barcodes just for that order ??
Help- is it possible to bulk update SKU numbers for existing products in our QBO? When I tried to import the products with the SKU, it wouldn't allow it, because it says the products already exist.
Don't know if this is helpfull for anyone but I use the following sku's for products
Second hand Clothing
10001
10002
10003
New Clothing
20001
20002
20003
Shoes
30001
30002
30003
Items from a bulk buy-in
AA0001
AA0002
AA0003
Another category bulk buy in
AB0001
AB0002
AB0003
From these format's I can recognize which category it's from (by a number, or by a double letter)
for me that's all I need, and for most basic stores this will be enough.
Hi! If my supplier has changed the sku, should i do sth on my Shopify?!
If I import a product is it safe to change color name and size name to translate to EU, also the sizes are mixed up in order so can i arrange them? will they all still collerate to the right product?
HI thanks for your helpful video. I'm starting a used bookstore online, and wondered what's the best way to create SKU's for books? I've been searching all over UA-cam and can't seem to find any videos or articles about this. Thanks in advance!
Hello there! If an sku had changed by the supplier, should i do something on my Shopify store?

Hello, first thank you for the quick video, right to the point! I have a Brazilian jewelry shop, mainly one unique piece of each product and I use PU100001 (PU stands for bracelet (pulseira in Portuguese) the 100 is just a controlling number and 001 is the number of the product. It changes as I add more products. would that be ok?
Thank you!!
You're welcome!
if i have two tops size small, do they have to have different sku's or will they be the same one since theyre the same size?
