Good morning Mike look forward to watching your videos with my breakfast Sundays. I can validate that driver Anderson and pacific soups are good stuff!!!! Good video Mike!
Morning Erik! Thank you! I use to stop there back in my road days, it was nice of Pete to think of me and bring me a case. Hope you're having a nice day.
Ya Patriots Day and everyone has it off. Except for the most useful, important people in which our country can not live without. Your Welcome America! How about a nice raise to show your appreciation to us?!.
I used to buy Truckin' Life every month as a teenager back in the '80s when it was a monthly magazine and the "Rig of the Month" went on the bedroom wall. Great video mate, keep it up.
When i worked for Middlesex in Florida for 15 years, i got the first brand new new excavator they bought down here around 2002 and another one 2 years later. Both you could eat food off of the floor after 2 years and the counter weights didn't look like i used them as dozer blades. Companies like Middlesex and your company which i used to load up at Newport Materials appreciate people who take care of their equipment and trucks.
I understand that love hate relationship with straight pipes. I drive an 09 T800 with a Detroit 60 series and VERY loud exhaust and while it sounds great sometimes it is too much! I enjoy your videos I run aggregate down here in Texas, hopefully I will meet you at super rigs this year. 🤘🏼
Been delivering on the day of the Boston marathon many times. Including the the day of the bombing. We went to Rockland, MA every Monday and sometimes a Wednesday and Friday as well. I guess you gotta do whatever you need to and use the older machines and leave them parked until the snow returns. Just seems like a waste. I'm sure you do maintainence on them over the summer. Freeze warnings down here in PA for tonight (4/21) God bless you and safe travels. Shalom.
I've noticed, it needs a lot of love, I was driving it steady for a few months 10 years ago, it was show quality. Supposedly they're going to put a new body on it soon.
@@TheBostonTruckerYou will probably cry when you see what happens to your current w900 . When it becomes the spare truck , there’s no way it will look like it does now
so tell me people.am i the only 1 whos going 2 miss seeing the 07 w9 driven daily?.some people get excited with the shiny and new but im just old school and firmly believe if it aint broke dont fix it.peace and greets 2 ya mike.
With that tri axle with exhaust issue. You wonder why towns don't want Jakes going through town. The mack I run is very quiet so can get away with it. We do have a older mack CL700,even with a full muffled exhaust, its loud and annoying.
I hate to disappoint everyone but the drivers side came as a dummy pipe which I was unaware of when ordering and it's going to stay that way because at the end of the day, it looks good coming down the road. I am working on changing the elbows to chrome ones.
Downshifting around 56:40 was 👌🏻. sounded great! That noise is definitely necessary! Keep on truckin!
For sure! Thanks 😊
Mike the latest Truckin’life magazine has just came out over here in Australia. Cheers have a good one mate. Keen to see the new Kenworth finished
Oh cool man thanks
Different trucks, driving, moving equipment and some fast forward. Nice baby Pete dump too! Great video Mike, thanks.
Thanks 👍

Another great production Mike. Looking forward to the next one
Much appreciated!
A chariot that Tony rode when he was a gladiator in ancient Roman times lmao 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Great job charot made spit my coffee 😂😂😂😂

You in that strait truck reminds me of Justin Sturgill Trucking Cincinnati Ohio
He's cool!
Love how that truck sounds on a cold start!
Me too!
Me too, the new one won’t sound that good
You're definitely going to miss that with the new truck
Thanks for the show Mike 🍻 🇦🇺

Hi from Dexter🏠Missouri
Keep the video's coming my friend.
Have a super l💯amazin🌃night
Thank you ☺️
What are your thoughts on a flat bottom vs a half round dump trailer and frameless vs full frame dump trailers?
Mike
On the triaxle when do you use the 3rd set of rear tires?
Do they come down on their own based on weight?
Yes, buy the Superliner Anthony… I’ll drive the getaway car if needed. Lol We want more Superliner! 😎👍🏻👍🏻
😂😂😂
is that an 18 speed or a 15 speed? Blue splitter button??
8 speed
Hey the bumper thats coming off the new Kenny can go on the Pete!!! Yes!!!
No, we checked already. It's sold to a local guy anyways.
@@TheBostonTrucker oh
The tri-axle needs some love. Maybe some body work and fresh paint on the dump body. But even now, it’s a fine looking unit. 👌
It's supposed to get a new body soon.
@@TheBostonTrucker Nice ! 👍
So what kind of Trike or Bike do you ride Mike Indian or Harley Davidson ?
Huffy
Your kidding ??
You make those trucks look good ! Did you notice the Dump truck had mismatched wheels on the front, one big hole & one small hole..
I've noticed, it needs a lot of love, I was driving it steady for a few months 10 years ago, it was show quality. Supposedly they're going to put a new body on it soon.
@TheBostonTrucker It still looks good, I just notice stuff that most people don't..lol
@@TheBostonTruckerYou will probably cry when you see what happens to your current w900 . When it becomes the spare truck , there’s no way it will look like it does now
Probably
What brand of acid wash do you use if you dont mind me asking?
Wab aluminum cleaners, pink for my shiny dump trailer, white for aluminum that's far gone already
When did you get the ding in the front of the dump trailer? I can only imagine that it drives you nuts!
Last year, operator loading unscreened loam to close to the nose.
@@TheBostonTrucker You could get that dimple out. You load the trailer with clean gravel and use a board with a sledgehammer to bang it back in.
Mike, I feel like you’re going to miss that motor sound when the new rig comes 😂.
You're feeling is correct
love the jakes
Same here man
Do those machines sit parked until winter or will they get the plows taken off and used over the year?
Yes all are parked except for when it snows except the newer stuff
Hi Mike, how long has the old truckstop in Sturges been gone?😢
Sturbridge Isle probably been gone 25 years. New England Truck Stop probably 15 years.
Geez I’m getting too old just seems like yesterday I was sitting there in a new 76 Road Boss 😒
how could I get some cardillo apparel they have awesome stuff
They sell it at Boom-X in Shirley, Ma.
Today I learned, The Cardillos are in the weed business 😂😂 @@TheBostonTrucker
I was thinking more on the construction side of it BUT the boom x business is certainly interesting
What year is that tri axle Pete?
1998
so tell me people.am i the only 1 whos going 2 miss seeing the 07 w9 driven daily?.some people get excited with the shiny and new but im just old school and firmly believe if it aint broke dont fix it.peace and greets 2 ya mike.
No you're not the only one.
when will the new truck coming out brad
When they're done. I honestly don't know could be a week to a few weeks
Something about that tri-axle i love
Cup of coffee and trucking with Mike. LOWBED work will make a real man of ya! 😂 ✌️
Drink up Ron thanks 💯
Long week Mike
Stay safe driver
See you down here in Texas
Yes sir can't wait! Keep it cool though!
Mike I noticed your hat, Cardillo Companies? What’s the other businesses the Cardillo’s own. I do like that hat!
Boom-X is their other company.
So what do they do at that company.
Make some people happy.
@@TheBostonTrucker I meant where you guys took the trucks for the weekend. Or is that there corporate headquarters.
Buy the Superliner Anthony, go with your gut!
That's right!
Mike- There is an ATHS show at Rihm Kenworth June 16 in So St. Paul, Mn. If you want to attend I'll drive you around. JM
Wish I could make it, would have loved spending time with you.
Man that Cat sounds good in that dumbstruck, what motor is that?

That's a good point, I mean it's loud even without the exhaust clamp busted.
That engine is an acceptable core for a Cat new contents engine. That engine is worth way more than you think.
That's why they're cleaning up.
Where’s your front oversized load sign and front and rear flags
I have virtual flags all around 🤷
another blockbusta mike have agood week ... right on schedule as usual!! like and subscribe people !!!
You're the best! ❤️
Watching with my wife and as you got the pea soup I said gross 🤢 and my wife said yummy. What is wrong with you two ? 😂
We're just two peas 🫛 in a pod I guess! 🤔🤠😂
48:00 if you ever want to haul a real load come down to Australia 4 trailers over 400 thousand pounds
I would love to do that someday.
A lot of ads , I let them play hope it helps with college expenses.
That cat engine is still worth a core .
God bless you my friend 😇🤗
I hope the new truck will at least have the exhaust split, and not the "dummy pipe" Just sayin'. Take care Mike. Todd the retired trucker.
I hate to disappoint everyone but the drivers side came as a dummy pipe which I was unaware of when ordering and it's going to stay that way because at the end of the day, it looks good coming down the road. I am working on changing the elbows to chrome ones.
Hi,👍💪🏻🙏🇫🇷
Hello 👋
Couldn't ya keep some old pieces of mudflap to lay on top of frame when lowering the "dog legs" to keep from scratching frame????🤷🏻♂️
Yes I could do that and have done it.
@@TheBostonTrucker just thinking about your new truck 👍🏻
Too bad weed and CDL's dont mix 😢
It's a good thing they don't mix.
Your manly but you might call it loam😅
🤣😂
Top soil down here in Amishland middle of PA! Lol!
