Did two rounds of this yesterday - took me 1 hour and 44 minutes - very very hard work but if you pace yourself its possible - just kept thinking ''one more rep'' - started with the Iron Wolf warm up and finished with his cool down regime so no aches and pains to report. Ive been doing various Iron Wolf burpee routines for over 10 weeks (average 4 per week) and they have made huge difference to my fitness and overall strength. They are totally addictive and demonstrate there is absolutely no need for fancy gyms etc and there is no excuse for not training (you just need a small space, no equipment and some will power)
Im sure the neighbors just step over you like a garden nome .. u a part of the scenery at this point .. like oh dont mind him .. thats somebodys art project or some shit some sort of perpetual motion garden ornament that never stops burpin

Salute Wolf! 55 y. o. here. Did my day 23 routine, 100/2 pumps but this morning I was in a real good mood and shape... Consistency did the magic on me, I feel great! Consider that I started day 1 with 100/1 and I almost die to get it done. Every reps count, that's for sure! Thank you.

This one is of the charts - I’ve been doing wolfs workouts for a couple weeks and the results are already showing - but this routine is altogether in a different league! I’m going to shoot for two sets first - that’s going to be tough enough for now

I'm almost 72 years old, so no way I keep up with Wolf. But today I did a workout consisting of: 10 Navy Seals followed by 15 squats, rest 1 minute, then repeat for a set of five. Rest two minutes, then repeat that set. Rest again--more like 5 minutes at this point-- and complete third set. Takes about 35-40 minutes, but I feel great when I stop! (Like that old joke about why the man kept hitting himself on the head with a hammer--"Because it feels so good when I stop!")

2nd day of 50 one pump burpees in my garden, making the most of lockdown, want to see what consistent application of this exercise will do to my overweight 45 year old body. My thanks to Iron Wolf for inspiring me to have a go at this, random comment but it feels somewhat auspicious that I have the same yoga mat.
In to my second week, started with 50 in 10 sets of 5, upped the total to 60 this week and just completed 2 sets of 30. Seems to be working. Thanks Iron Wolf.

You never take a break” the point of that story is simply DOING an iron wolf workout got an attractive woman i didnt know to walk over to me in the gym. Thats what level this is.

Hey Wolf, I been doing burpees ever since the Corps, but I noticed every one else jumps at the end, even youtube fitness people say to jump at the end, is that the original way of the burpee? I am unsure. I dont like to jump to much due to a herniated disk, I try to save my back for Jiujitsu and tournaments, not trying to make my problems worse.
@@joseMartinez-wt4js Unit PT would consist of different exercises, we would do like 20 burpees followed by crunches etc. Most days, we ran with full battle rattle up hills in the San Mateo Area, our unit 2/4 Echo would average 30 miles a month in company hikes, not including field ops and such.
@@joseMartinez-wt4js Wolf takes it to a new level. I did 100 navy seals followed by a 3 mile run (treadmill at 6mph pace) 2 days ago and was soaked, Im getting hard into burpees now, helps my jiujitsu.
returnfreedom I don’t do the little hop in the end because I feel like it’s a waste of time and further into the workout people don’t even get off the floor when they jump. I rather focus my energy on the pushing movements and keeping them clean and meticulous. I been in the Marine Corps for 13 years and see a lot of fitness trends come and go. The old school 8 count body builders is here, because it’s proven and done strict.

This whole COVID-19 pandemic has just shown the world that beasts like this guy do exist. 1350 pushups + burpees😮😮😮 That's crazy af but super impressive. I don't know how you build yourself to doing that many reps but if I could do half of that I'd be happy.
I did 200 burpees with 400 push ups yesterday and felt like death. Before that most I had ever done was 100. I guess we need someone to show us what is possible. Thanks man.

I think two pumps is good for body building, but god, navy seals are insane, they are so hard that make your mind strong.
