I get the position the only thing I’m struggling with is my hands walking while I have my feet on the wall. How could I have my hands move while not hurting ?
The part that gets me are my shins: When he was walking into the wall, does he climb with his toes (by pulling with the shin muscles) or does he keep the laces constantly against the wall (like a gymnast pointing toes)?
