    Great tutorial. I'm new to this and will probably watch this a dozen times and practise like crazy. I'm 65 but have worked out all my life, but just not this crossfit type stuff. Looking forward to regaining some flexibility and some functional strength instead of just pumping iron. This vid is the best one on this I've watched yet.

    I can do like 12+ strict pullups but kipping like that makes my shoulders want to dislocate. Working on scap pullups. Wild how much harder kipping is than it looks ...

    I assume you also want to jump up onto the bar already in a kipped position for pull-ups. Is that right?

      Yeah with your shoulders up and your feet out front…
