I take my TMG at night, it does help me sleep, I take it with my magnesium. I started with one tablet, now up to 2, and will try 3 every other night alternating between 2 and 3. I love most of thier products. The resveratrol, not sure it has done much, so I will be discontinuing when I finish it. Thank you again for introducing me to this company.

Hi Nancy, thank you so much for sharing your experience with the supplement. I’m glad to hear that it helps you with sleep. I really need to try taking it at night as well to see what happens. I’m with you on the Resveratrol, I don’t take it for different reasons, but that seems to be quite a bit of conflicting information on it, and I’m not sure it’s worth it

So I was just looking at the little products catalogue pamphlet with the description & instructions for all the products and for NMN it says take it immediately after waking with water which I do , for TMG it says take 30 mins before bed and the dosage 1:1 with NMN , is that just how much you should take for each even if you are separating them am / pm . When do you take them now together or separate . Tks

Yes, you want to take a ratio of 1:1 regardless of when you take it.
I take 2 g of each in the am at the moment, but if I was to take my TMG at night I would take 2 g of NMN in the am and then 2g of TMG at night

@@claudiaglowsyes its been a little over a month. I haven't missed a day and I do believe I have more energy. I haven't ordered a test yet of Nad levels. I am 55 work in a salon which is a very physical job. 2 days we are there from 9:30am to sometimes 8:30pm . 2 other days about 8 hts. Also I wanted to mention, my son had to wear a heart monitor for 30 days after a certain "shot" in 2021. I never got that. I work around the public closely and this past Wed I got covid with NO symptoms except a headache!! I had no sore throat no fever no runny nose, nothing. I believe those supplements helped.. it's the only thing I did differently. Only reason I knew I had it was I went to urgent care to see if they would give me something for the headache/light sensitivity. They tested me and I was shocked. I realize the variants are weaker but I feel amazing.

so I just did a bit more research and I agree with Nicola, that it is a good idea to fix one of the causes of NAD decline, which is where Apigenin comes in. But I do not like multi nutrient supplements, as they can often contain one or more nutrients one can be sensitive to. Her's for example contains green tea, which is something I can not take.
It would be nice to have everything in one supplement...

Awesome video! I recently started taking NMN, and I can say the benefits were life changing. But once combined with TMG, it feels like I am "unplugged".. lethargic, face feels "thick" with not quite a headache, but a pressure sensation in the temporal region. I have been able to tolerate just a pinch of the TMG, but it works better at night. Is this a normal reaction? I have yet to find anyone reporting this reaction, so I could use your insight please. Thank you!

Hi, I am glad to hear that N is beneficial to you
I have not heard anyone mention the side effects you ate experiencing from TMG, but we of course are different. If you had good results with NMN on its own, you might not need TMG. Or you could try a different methyl donor.

Thank you, as always, for putting in the work to educate us. Alzheimer's is going to affect huge numbers of the aging population and any guidance in that field is critical for those of us who who wish to age well in terms of our brains. If one was to start out on the path of brain health (using the DNA product range) where to begin? Do you have a "how to get started" video? ~ J a n e

Hi Jane, thank you for your kind comment. You are so right, Alzheimers is going to unfortunately affect a large number of people.
I do not have a "how to get started" video, but DNA actually has a started kit. My favorite supplement is NMN and it would be where I would personally start. Combined with TMG.
Next I would add the Omega 3 supplement and maybe Fisetin to reduce senescent cells.
You can of course add more and more, but those would be the once I would start with
