A hug is a symbol of affection and love, doesn't necessarily have to be seen in a sexual way.A hug, with a random stranger is to be frowned upon. But for someone who is dear and close to you is acceptable. At a particular setting and time, there is no difference between gender. Only love and affection remains, and that's exactly what you see in this video.
