I planted a row of (10) - 4' tall boxwoods 2 years ago. I live in the North East USA - My boxwoods leaves and some branches have turned slightly yellow on the outside. Our local nursery said this is a result of winter windburn. They suggested I should trim the yellow leaves. I dont want to do this yet after seeing your video. Last week I added a slow release evergreen fertilizer. I intend to add tomatoe fertilizer next week to give it that extra boost. How long does it take for the plant to come around? Any advise ?

2:32 American Boxwood Society recommends to stay away from rapidly acting liquid fertilizers to avoid putting boxwood's foliage production into overdrive.
Make sure to always trim your box...especially in mid-summer...
