- What's the difference between tendinitis, tendinosis, and tendinopathy? All of them are used to describe tendon pain but sometimes it is not clear what they actually mean. This video discusses each of the terms for the diagnosis of tendon pain.

Hey bro, thank you for your videos. Informative and easy to watch ! My shoulders been fuckin me up for a few years now on and off and by the way you described I think it's tendonosis. Is there any physio type exercise you could show me ? Or even do a whole video on it, would be super helpful ❤️

how can one tell....
You’d need an MRI or ultrasound to diagnose a tendinosis. Otherwise tendinopathy is the umbrella diagnosis for tendon pain.
