- When it comes to a Remote there isn't that much in them over time they wear out and need a little tlc this will help fix most remotes out there with button issues when it comes to contact issues with certain buttons working and others not.
The conections that contact to the battery seem to be worn-out
If you can find someone to solder new 9v leads onto it might help. They are cheap enough.
I have 2 ultramatic beds lent to cousin and she says can't get remotes too work weird both stop at same time any suggestions for trouble shooting??
make sure the switch under the battery or close to it. If it has it is set to the same frequency of the bed. some beds have a box under them that have access to a switch as well. But were they working then not?

When you press the buttons on the Genius Ultramatic remote does the red light come on?.. Mine has no lights when any buttons are pressed
No to see if it's working you would have to aim it at a camera to see if it picks up the press. Using your phone you should see it working also make sure both the bed and controller are on the same channel. Little slider in the battery compartment.
The LED on these is only for low battery indication, and is not connected to anything else. Deceptive, I know . . . Not sure what aiming an RF device at a phone/camera is supposed to accomplish, btw. If it was an IR remote, the camera/phone might see something happening. But unless your camera can see radio waves, you won't see a thing from this remote.

I don't have access to that right now unfortunately. It should just have the 2 motors and power out on the bed if I recall correctly. Feel free to email me and I'll try to see if I can find something.
@@Gam3T3cHElectronics It also has 2 vibrating motors as well. The control box has 4 contactors to convert from low voltage to 110. They are what is not functioning. How do I get your email address
