  • Voters, women mostly, have been flocking to Mount Hope Cemetery in Rochester, N.Y., to pay tribute to suffragist Susan B. Anthony, who died never knowing her fight to win women the sacred right to vote would succeed. Steve Hartman talked with some of those who made a pilgrimage to her gravesite.

Yes Susan B. Anthony deserves her flowers. But in my house my mother & father taught us about Ida B. Wells. Black America didn't get the right to vote until 1964 and Ida B. Wells is the founder of NAACP. Spent her entire life fighting for voting rights until her death in 1931. This the problem there are parallel history's in America. One White and the other for people of color.

Thank you Susan B. Anthony and all suffragettes who've made my last seven times voting in presidential elections even possible. 💪

A true legacy is not about money or fame. It's about the true sacrifice made for the benefit of others.

We're making progress, even with one step forward & two steps backwards, we get a leap sometimes that propels us into equality for all

So Susan B. Anthony also would be against administrations that are separating children from their parents and locking them in cages? And against administrations forcing hysterectomies on migrant women so they can never have children again? I assume that's what you mean by being "pro-life 100%".
