  • evolve ai program review, one year later. I discuss how this program has worked for me over the course of a year and review its feature set, robustness and variety. Evolve AI is a relative newcomer to the Powerlifting scene, but it is grounded in science and effective progression programming.

    Good review and lookout for the masses. I started July and finished in January. I workout was with powerbuilding moderate with glute and back emphasis at 70 percent program. I love my look and gains. Thanks again for the review and spreading the word. Good job and thanks again

    This was a fantastic review. I am currently looking for some new programming to do and Evolve AI popped up on my radar. You pretty much answered every question that I had before taking that leap of faith. Thanks for making the video!

      Quick question, I am a firefighter with a 24/28 schedule. I usually do an upper body/lower body split on my two days off. Does this program accommodate for someone who does rotating shift work like that?@@twistedbarbell3950

      @@twistedbarbell3950One issue I had recently is that when switching from 4- to 5-day split, it added a lot of accessory volume (an extra set of everything, even on upper body days, which weren't affected by splitting up the leg day) and even an extra posterior chain slot. The whole reason of my switch was one of my leg day workouts taking way too long, but with an extra set on the accessories, it didn't help that much.
      Fortunately I just skip the extra posterior chain move and the extra sets on accessories and it seems to be working well.

    Good review. It is a lot like Juggernaut AI, but different on the extra features. The workout sections are almost identical, but I do like the ability to choose the intensity. I would choose higher intensity as I think that would make the workout shorter.

      That’s correct Mark and that is the choice I made, as well.

    Really really insightful video. I haven't used evolve ai, but purely based on your video, the value seems incredible. I personally use virtual coaching, but the programming my coach creates is probably not much better. I need work on my form / technique so the personal coaching provides that value for me. But if my form gets dialed in, I'll strongly consider just switching to this....
    Did you ever consider Juggernaut AI? I think the price is higher but offers some coaching?

      Thank you for watching. Yes, I used Juggernaut for about a year and it was great, of course. It was due to the cost savings that I switched.

    You look great for 55! I might have missed it, how long on average are each workout?

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  4 місяці тому

      Thanks Matt. It depends on how many days a week you train. If you do 4 days, some will be about an hour and others closer to two. If you train 5 days, then most will be about 90 mins.

    I would recommend lowering the bench press slower. It gives you more control and less chance of fucking up position.

    The iPhone app says it’s $21 a month.

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  6 місяців тому

      I don’t see that at all. Looking at it on my computer it shows as $14.99/month when paying monthly. As stated in the video, if you pay for 6 months or a year in advance you get a discount amounting to even less per month.

      @@twistedbarbell3950the website shows the discounted price as you stated in your comment. But the app shows $20.99. It’s kinda misleading. If you use the app to sign up. But if you use the website to sign up it’s cheaper.

    • @runmyrace7241
      @runmyrace7241 5 місяців тому +1

      The app cost more due to Apple’s additional cost. Pay on the website and not the app to mitigate the additional costs

    Why did you switch from Juggernaut AI to Evolv AI?

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  29 днів тому

      Simply because it’s essentially the same program but for less than half the cost

  • @NoFate247

    $13 a month or less if you pay in advance seems more than reasonable
