I actually got to tour Alabama's weight room in person when I drove my cousin down there for camp back in 2021. The camera doesn't even do the size of it justice. It's huge! It's also really modern and extremely clean. Doesn't even look like they use it. Lol
Great video! I go to UK so I’m glad they got included, the football facility seems really nice. Also we have two student rec centers on campus and both are pretty nice as well, they have the UK logo on all the plates and dumbbells and everything. Reminds me of something like you’d see on this list.
I have a request for the channel. Could you put all the videos on a playlist. Like say baseball in one playlist and football in another. I love the content so much. Keep it up!
Air Force actually updated its weight room again; it’s crazy UPDATE: Time to visit Alabama's new weight room...SHEEEESH. Schools like Georgia have updated with a focus on size, but Bama upgraded with all the most cutting edge sports science tech
Bama just redid their massive facility so it's even better. That said, this is going to be a moving target as every college seems to be gravitating towards similar philosophies. Loved the bits about Sorinex, Plae, Rogue...etc.
Not sure how this got to me but really fascinating stuff. Earned a "Subscribe" from me. Challenge: Same kind of video but Professional team weight rooms (not picky as to which sport). That would be a whole other level. Anyway, loved it. Keep it comin' !
These are very impressive facilities and I’m sure they help a lot in recruiting. Weights are weights though and the same results can and are achieved by programs with lesser facilities. USC’s dominant run under Pete Carroll occurred with a horrible weight room stuck in a small basement. Those teams were jacked though and physically dominated.
I thought it was interesting that Nebraska hasn't really updated their weight room in almost 20 years. Most of these weight rooms look like copies of theirs. Next year when the new facility opens up. It will blow the doors off of all these facilities.
I don't know how up to date this program is but I can tell you in all objectivity that Alabama has THE BEST football weight room and training facilities and George is second! That's the gospel truth!
Colorado Buffaloes 🐃 football program's weight room, as I said in recent history, is not really that spectacular. It's in the top 20 weight rooms on this list, but not on mine. Their facility is missing quite a few key components that are essential for body development.
@Sports Dissected by COISKI University of Arkansas' weight room facility is my favorite weight room facility on your list. Outside of theirs, every weight room facility on your list, from 19th rank to 1st rank, has a better weight room than the Colorado Buffaloes weight room facility -- in my strong opinion.
what a joke, this is so out of date. Mel Tucker at Colorado? I don't maybe you should have included Georgia in this list over Northern Arizona or Air Force.
We were always able to train our entire team at the same time because we had four guys to a group and we moved quickly through the circuit training and didn't stop until the timer ran out. I don't care what your facility looks like. If you don't have some real savages lifting, it doesn't make a difference. It doesn't matter
Oregon is #4 and #1?? You messed up this top 20. I'm glad to see Ohio State is not on here, they develop their talent better without 100MM weight rooms.
No way Oregon is #1 its to boring Alabama Facility is top notch I've seen it in person. They are also getting another big update to it if you can imagine that. I was impressed with Michigan as well
So the brand new 100m dollar football center Auburn just opened with TWO 100yard indoor practice fields a 100 yard outside practice field a 60 yard straight line to run the 40 in the middle 0f the badass weight room didnt make the list WOW
Have you seen the FLORIDA GATORS’ $65,000,000 BASEBALL Facility? - ua-cam.com/video/8AszfSCQjA8/v-deo.html
Can you do Purdue

It's amazing!
SKO BUFFS!!! All these facilities are outstanding! Makes me want to go work out right now.
These ranking videos are amazing! Keep these up
I love watching coiski it makes me wanna get in shape and workout and eat healthy. It gives me so much motivation..
🏃♂🏃♂🏃♂

Illinois has a new football facility that is state of the art. The new weight room is absolutely incredible!
I have a request for the channel. Could you put all the videos on a playlist. Like say baseball in one playlist and football in another. I love the content so much. Keep it up!
when those lasers popped up out of the turf at Oklahoma, wow!
🤯
Oregon placed 1 and 4, as an Oregon fan I love that. Their facilities are amazing.
💯
Hayward Field is a legenday track facility
I’m getting into the S&C field so it’s cool to see these different weight rooms.
Air Force actually updated its weight room again; it’s crazy
UPDATE: Time to visit Alabama's new weight room...SHEEEESH. Schools like Georgia have updated with a focus on size, but Bama upgraded with all the most cutting edge sports science tech
04:13 jump man logo on the bench🏋♂️
Sorinex equipment is the best! Great video.
Everyone tries their best Scott Cochran impression. Love it.
Michigan's needs to be rated higher
Where would you have the Wolverines?
Actually Michigan should be number 1
The haircut of Texas Tech’s strength and conditioning coach needs to be rated higher. Party in the back, indeed.
FACTS!!!That was my favorite
Why?
Bama just redid their massive facility so it's even better. That said, this is going to be a moving target as every college seems to be gravitating towards similar philosophies. Loved the bits about Sorinex, Plae, Rogue...etc.
CUs has to be top 5 being able to walk out into the indoor field.
The Oregon offense is known as the "Quack Attack". I like that.
Oregon coach is on 10! Passion!

It don't matter how nice the facilities are, it's the coaching that matters.
Michigan State’s renovating their facilities. You should come see when they’re finished.
Heard they're putting in a boxing ring.
@@davidconnor5874 that’d be nice
😎 I think we should too

Super Dope! We’re inspired
When u guys coming to Athens GA?

USC’s dominant run under Pete Carroll occurred with a horrible weight room stuck in a small basement. Those teams were jacked though and physically dominated.
Nebraska has the best weight room by far !
I thought it was interesting that Nebraska hasn't really updated their weight room in almost 20 years. Most of these weight rooms look like copies of theirs. Next year when the new facility opens up. It will blow the doors off of all these facilities.
Some of those gyms look like the inside of the Borg spaceship.
Y'all have to go to Athens and scope UGA's new facility. It's been open two years and it's the class of all College Football.
Meanwhile my school had 3 squat racks for the rest of us 40,000 normal students
Did I see Arkansas on here twice?
7:42 what does he mean by that? 🤨
THE ARK HOGS HAVE A THICKER THAN A SNICKER GUIDE.
Do Ole Miss baseball facility!
All this money for college sports, mind blowing
Check out Auburn's football facility.
Why is Oregon on here twice?
Better get to Athens GA or you’re just wasting time!
👀 2023??
Any chance of ever visiting UCLA facilities⁉️
Penn State Football has a top 15 weight room.
Oregon is the best!!
Man this guy can count...
🔥🏋🏾♂️
Imagine paying tens of thousands of dollars in tuition just to not be able to use these facilities.
Was thinking the same thing
South Carolina ranked higher than Alabama is ridiculous
Tennessee's strength training facilities are better than all of these, but I guess these are just weight rooms.
No Coach Prime?
They haven’t gone to Colorado
We went a few years ago before Prime was there.
Clemson’s second to none.
Ofc Oregon going to be #1 😂😂😂😂😂😂
georgias weight room left the chat
So Oregon is on the list twice lol?
Phil Knight can buy anything, except a championship.
Georgia's Weight room is far and away better!
How about the new husker facility,
Oregon’s weight room so damn ghetto. How that was ranked as 4?
I don't know how up to date this program is but I can tell you in all objectivity that Alabama has THE BEST football weight room and training facilities and George is second! That's the gospel truth!
Why is Oregon ranked 4th and again ranked 1st? Didnt really understand that...
Maybe it's clear that whomever posted the video is biased and a fan of Oregon. Also, I can tell by the education by putting it twice 😂
One is the football weight room one is the track weight room
Two different facilities on different parts of the campus for different sports.
Some are good. Some are just ik
How you gonna put Michigans weight room/facilities outside the top 10? Lol
Why is Michigan so low? so much cooler than some of the ones above it.
Where u get huge
UNC's weight room is rated wayyyyyy to high
South Carolina should be a little higher on here but hey it’s one of the best in the nation!!!! Go cocks!!!!!!
Colorado Buffaloes 🐃 football program's weight room, as I said in recent history, is not really that spectacular. It's in the top 20 weight rooms on this list, but not on mine. Their facility is missing quite a few key components that are essential for body development.

American universities have better facilities than pro European sports clubs 😮
American universities have better facilities than MOST pro sports clubs, no matter the sport or league. Its really something special.
Oregon w/masks. Figures.
Oregon is #4 and #1?? You messed up this top 20. I'm glad to see Ohio State is not on here, they develop their talent better without 100MM weight rooms.
Don't worry he doesn't ever feature Ohio State in any ranking. Clearly he doesn't like anything Buckeyes 😂
This isn't even close to all of Oregon's facilities including the actual football weight room. This is just track-and-field
All that stuff in the Texas A&M Weight room and he takes the most time to show the monkey bars? What are they doing the Taliban work out?
The staff members who are giving the tours of the weight rooms are the worst.
Wreck em tech
Georgia's is better.
No end Time. (Ala-bama)
It's so GAY!!; TO PERFECT
diminishing returns...they all look the same
No way Oregon is #1 its to boring
Alabama Facility is top notch I've seen it in person. They are also getting another big update to it if you can imagine that. I was impressed with Michigan as well
I was recruited to Alabama for track. I’ve seen it firsthand. That weight room is average at best. You must just be a bammer.
So the brand new 100m dollar football center Auburn just opened with TWO 100yard indoor practice fields a 100 yard outside practice field a 60 yard straight line to run the 40 in the middle 0f the badass weight room didnt make the list WOW
