great tut lots of useful info thx,,,One thing you can´t use that much level to 808 cuz now it is clipping (also master bus) and if you limit that it reduce lows a little.

stupid question, but i downloaded the 808 pack and i'm not sure how to drop in into a midi and play on my controller. I can only drop into an audio track and play around with the pitch?
@@FearlessBeatzMusic I like the long Sustain to do glides. And I like to have more control over where the note ends. Like I need it to end on the Snare or smthg

well you can absolutely get there and age won’t hold you back! Checkout EvanWithADopeBeat on Instagram. He is 12 years old and already doing it big. But It’s all about putting in the hours and making as many beats as you can. Work hard now while your young while you have the time to grind without having to work and fend for yourself! And you picked the right channel to watch!
@@FearlessBeatzMusic I hope you're joking. Lol. It says 0:01:500 near the end of the sample so it is more than 1.5 seconds and less than 2. You can't count to 12 before the sample ends.

Hell ya fam! I am glad to hear that!
What kind of tutorial is it if you have to import it ?
bro your master channel is cliping .....its crime
There is no rules to music. You will learn that eventually
The way to make 808s hit hard is to clip the hell out of it? How does your mastering engineer feel about that?
Believe what you hear not what red you see :)
@@RealSergeiB Amen bro! All good tho, some people will never evolve because they are stuck following old advice
You could just lower the master too 🤷♂️ if it’s that bad
super hard hitting bro! nice job

Can you do a video on scale highlighting and how it can be useful for making beats
I have all types of problems 😂
Ya I could do that

nice tool bro!! it helps me a lot!
Dude that 0:29, 808 ,made by witch vst ?
If the sample of the 808 already fits in the sampler when you drag it its necessary to do this process? For ex with a zay?
No every situation is different
Nice tutorial dude! I like your videos!
Thanks!
is it cool with you if you can make a download link for the 808 brother?
Yes there are free 808's on my website. Go to my website which is linked in the description and look for the "Fearless 808's"
COOL VID BRO
great tut lots of useful info thx,,,One thing you can´t use that much level to 808 cuz now it is clipping (also master bus) and if you limit that it reduce lows a little.
soft clipper. You can do whatever you want - no rules in music
@@FearlessBeatzMusic if you say so :D
I'll be a huge fan of you and Ableton . i m from Russsia
Why the clipper on the master and not on a send or the 808 channel itself?
so the master does not clip
Amazing tutorial, thank you so much!
But don't forget to set ur 808s to glide!
No problem fam! Check out the new 808 glide video I made a few days ago! It's by far the best tutorial on 808 glides in Ableton out right now!
weres the link to this fearless, i love watching your videos
Love it
Thats some great help! Do you know some good 808 and other drum samples on splice?
I would like to buy some over there to get started! ;)
not on splice. I dont use that. I have my drum kit linked in the description of my videos that I would recommend
damn it was that simple. nice

i have a whole tutorial talking about this called fl studio 808 manipulation!
Why was your master clipping like that? This is misleading as can’t be left like that can it? Thanks
That is what I was searching 4
How do you tune it ?
✌🏼
how do i get that window down there pls help
what window?
@@FearlessBeatzMusic oh nvm i thought about the drag sample or instrument bar but i didnt know i had to put it on midi track
why does my 808 and kick supress my melody and hihats...i need suggestions pls🙏😔. Its getting really frustrating
You will need to chop out the lows of your melody with an EQ. Also your 808 and kick might be too loud.
Where is the Ableton version of "cut by self" like in fl studio?
Its automatic. Just one more pro of using Ableton
@@FearlessBeatzMusic alright
stupid question, but i downloaded the 808 pack and i'm not sure how to drop in into a midi and play on my controller. I can only drop into an audio track and play around with the pitch?
Drag into drop an Instrument or sample here on the midi track
just make a midi track and select it and then double click on the sample in the browser
As soon as I take my 808 sample out of one shot and switch to Classic, My 808 gets extremely short like a kick almost. What am I doing wrong?
in classic you need to hold the note to play the full sample
Ya if you are going to leave it in classic you need to drag the midi all the way out. Otherwise use a different one
Thank you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
You betcha!
I hope you will make videos about reggae music
possibly in the future. I have never tried that before
when I go thru my 808 samples I'm alwys looking for the ones with long sustain lol
Thats interesting. I usually go for shorter ones or form them to be shorter
@@FearlessBeatzMusic I like the long Sustain to do glides. And I like to have more control over where the note ends. Like I need it to end on the Snare or smthg

haha I miss that show
The link for the 808s doesn't work..
Ya this video is really old. Just go to my website and scroll down
So just make the 808 clip???? The whole low end is muddy af.... am i missing something here?
You can clip the 808 but dont overdue it. Make sure you cut the lows out of melodies
