    Always have trouble using 808s bc they just be sounding super fucking loud, like I use much harder basses but ain't ever have the same problems no cap

      @@MVPersoana26 hmmm nah man i make music and id love to post it onUA-cam one day but i need more practice and i dont know how to make my Own « hard » 808 and i was genuinely scared to have bad files on my computer and a bunch of viruses so plzzzz don’t assume stuff
      Im a belgian artist and i wanted other to know my Macbook received that shit safely AND
      BY others i meant my friends who make music they can spot my comments on a few video then they know it’s safe to download (we helping each other the way he does by putting this on the plateform for random people to take)
      Have a nice day and let him be appriciated for his work he put out for us that nobody ask for but really helped me want to make cool stuff with the sample i find on YT.

    great tut lots of useful info thx,,,One thing you can´t use that much level to 808 cuz now it is clipping (also master bus) and if you limit that it reduce lows a little.

      soft clipper. You can do whatever you want - no rules in music

    i follow the tutorial but tell me what you have done with the sample?, the tail is bigger? i use cubase and want to do the same with my 808's
    so what is the commando in fl studio and what do you replicate here in ableton and what needs to do in other daw to end up with the bigger tail in the 808 to knock harder without effects

      You will need to chop out the lows of your melody with an EQ. Also your 808 and kick might be too loud.

    stupid question, but i downloaded the 808 pack and i'm not sure how to drop in into a midi and play on my controller. I can only drop into an audio track and play around with the pitch?

      Drag into drop an Instrument or sample here on the midi track

      just make a midi track and select it and then double click on the sample in the browser

    As soon as I take my 808 sample out of one shot and switch to Classic, My 808 gets extremely short like a kick almost. What am I doing wrong?

      in classic you need to hold the note to play the full sample

      Ya if you are going to leave it in classic you need to drag the midi all the way out. Otherwise use a different one

    lmao someone @dai griff said that this isn't analog clipping, NO DUH. My comment meant it doesn't really matter that it's clipping in the digital realm because they work very differentely... clipping is even part of a lot of popular artists sound design and it's ok to clip. People see red and get scared lol.

      You can clip the 808 but dont overdue it. Make sure you cut the lows out of melodies

      well you can absolutely get there and age won’t hold you back! Checkout EvanWithADopeBeat on Instagram. He is 12 years old and already doing it big. But It’s all about putting in the hours and making as many beats as you can. Work hard now while your young while you have the time to grind without having to work and fend for yourself! And you picked the right channel to watch!
