Hi Anna & Mark. Thanks to you, our first order from Bacik arrived today. 35 pounds of goodness and we can't wait to dig in. Our order also included your book. We love your show and we have been watching from the beginning trying to get current but its going to be a while because you two have really put out the videos. Smacznego.
Hello Anna & Mark, I received the book set today & can’t wait to try some of the recipes. Beautiful cookbooks, thank you! I’m Italian-American but so excited to try the dill, sauerkraut, sausage recipes. Happy Easter!
Nice new intro. The new kitchen / house looks great. That dish looks so delicious. I'm going to have to make it.
Oh, that looks wonderful
Kæra Anna thank you for todays program. I was born and raised in Iceland 🇮🇸 but I’m married to a man of Polish descent. We make pork this way in Iceland my husband loves it. Takk fyrir mig ❤️🇮🇸
I Love to make soup, yours looks Great. Have you ever made a green beans soup with bacon, white vinegar, and flour. The soup is just a little sour. Please tell me if you have ever made this. My Polish mother would make this all the time. Great around Easter. Do you have a recipe for this soup?
Why don't you reply to this question ?
I had the joy of spending Easter in Poland. The food was soooo good.
Hi Anna, this recipe looks delish, and I will definitely try it! Also I love the pastry board that your Dad made for you!! I would like to know what kind of wood your Dad used, and what the the measurements are.
I have made so many of your recipes and I smile because they remind me of my mom. Thank you for the gift of your channel and cookbooks. God Bless you and your family
Plum Pork is one of my favourites. 😋

My Polish mother-in-law used to make sauerkraut with split peas in it. It was so delicious but I have not been able to replicate it. Have you heard of this? Do you know how to make it?
The closest I can do is this: www.polishyourkitchen.com/polish-cabbage-with-yellow-peas-kapusta-z-grochem/
Try it with sauerkraut, I think it will work.
Question for Mark. Where in Wisconsin are you from? How good is your Polish? Thanks
Do you have a recipe for a Polish Green Bean soup made with Bacon, flour, white vinegar. When done it is a little sour. Bacon grease and flour made into a rue. My Mother made this around Easter. I wish I have the recipe. Can anyone Help me with this?
Why don't you reply to this question ?
Now that is a true Polish dish! Thanks!
What is the cookbook behind you with the dark cover, I don’t think I have that one?
It is just a wrapper for her book set. All 3 books come in that cover
Thank you , Mark! Didn’t want to miss a new book.
