I am a welkin user in HSR. But I still haven't dipped to under 20000 gems so in reality I'm free to play until I end up having less than that.

The Ruan Mei patch moc 12 was the hardest for me since i skipped her cause i found her character utterly disguting, 97 trys on floor 12 to full star with E1 Xueyi on second half jajaja god bless Blade+Bronya ^^
Could also slap jingliu and fu xuan on there. Have infinite skill forward for jingliu, enough points to never worry about congestion and a stupid amount cd.
Fellow Seele enjoyers, you should use "Slow Sparkle" build. Put 143 SPD on Sparkle so she is slower than base Seele speed after E (143.75 SPD). If you use 161 SPD Sparkle (with Seele at 143.75 SPD), it is actually 3 less turns for Seele across 5 cycles. 2 less turns across 4 cycles. 1 less across 3 cycles. Same turns across 2 cycles or less. According to muh calculations
It's weird that Pokke didn't mention this since Seele is one of the better teammates for Sparkle. On top of that if you're running this team S5 planetary is a lot better than other alternatives (only her sig is better). I know he is only covering the stuff that is already made by CN but this should be at least mentioned.
This was a really detailed guide. The explanation about the speed I feel other content creators skipped on and it's very important to keep in mind when building her.
A few things I'd like to mention regarding the speedtuning. First of all, 160 speed is kind of bait. It's way less important than what people make it out to be. The most important treshold, is the one that decides how many turns you get within 5 MoC cycles, as that is how many cycles at max you'll want to aim for per side of MoC (you gain nothing from 0 or 1 or 2 cycling, compared to 5 cycling, aside from maybe pride, or if your second team is not strong enough to clear within 5 cycles). To get 8 turns within 5 cycles, you need only 146 speed, which is pretty easy to achieve and the next breakpoint is at 165 speed, which would give you 9 turns within 5 cycles. So if you really want to go for hyperspeed Hanabi, even though it's a pain, aim for 165 and not 160. Secondly, slow Hanabi not buffing every turn of your dps is true, but irrelevant, because she will still buff your dps 7 times within 5 cycles (if she's on 134 speed, as she gets 7 turns) and your dps will simply have 1.5 times as many turns as usual (because that is how AV works. 50% AV for two times equals 100%, it's as simple as it sounds, so for every two of Hanabi's turns your dps gains an extra turn, if the dps is at least 1 speed faster than her). This of course works best with Seele though and it's rather easy to get 12 turns within 5 cycles on your Seele (resurgence not included), with 8 of them being buffed by Hanabi. Also, since many actually don't know this, you don't need to have EXACTLY 1 speed more on your dps with slow Hanabi. Sure it makes it so you don't waste more substats on speed than necessary, but as long as your dps is faster than Hanabi at all, you'll get the full benefit of her AV, meaning 1.5 times as many turns as usual (same with Bronya and double turns). So no need to worry too much, unless you want to min-max. On a side note, one thing I noticed, is that her trace for the 10 extra energy on basics is useless 90% of the time (I expected as much, but after testing, it was proven to me). Even with DHIL and Seele I never needed to basic attack on Hanabi no matter what (Seele team was mono Quantum with Fu Xuan sustain and DHIL teams I tested were DHIL + Hanabi + Tingyun/Pela/Hanya + Luocha/Fu Xuan). I believe the only dps where you might need to use basics on Hanabi is QQ and I have to say that "wasting" a major trace just so she works better with a 4* dps (no matter how popular QQ is), is kinda dumb.
I'm really liking sparkle. Bronya is fantastic but it's so easy for her hypercarry teams to get skill point starved... Sparkle might not give extra turns the way Bronya can but she'll definitely fix the skill point issue.
I dont mean this in a condescending or bad way, but i just dont believe in this kind of sentiment. Almost every single time someone says this its either: A) They dont farm enough relics B) They dont know what relics to level up, leaving a bunch of potentially usable pieces at +0/fodder/salvage Every one of us has the same "rates" when it comes to relics. If you farm enough you will eventually get relatively good pieces. Maybe not perfect pieces, but enough to hit 160+ speed doesn't really take that much, especially if the character has 100+ base speed and hackerspace. But i get that it can be frustrating sometimes to be farming for weeks without getting a single good piece.
@@Star_4041 Yes, you are correct. But the mathematical probability of getting a "good" relic is the exact same for everyone playing the game. No one person is "more" or "less" lucky than someone else. With enough of a sample size, it all averages out in the end. If two people farm 100 relics, one person might get better relics than the other. But if two people farm 10000 relics, they will on average have equally good relics. You might feel like you're "unlucky", but in reality, everyone is equally "unlucky"

Finally, a c0s0 crit silverwolf can be better than BE! My time in quantum mine grinding for subpar crit pieces for a less than 10% team dmg increase was well worth it

As I was watching this I got 11 speed in my ERR rope for her and exactly got 161 speed wtf 💀 The rope is still +12 because I don't any more exp to feed it but even if it rolls on other stats I'm still really happy with it. In my 2 months of playing this game this is the first time I got a good ERR rope. All my other ERR rope are filled with useless flat stats.
I’ve needed this for my slow ass dan heng for so long 😂. Also I think the skill will get more energy back than the basic since when u run er rope, the multiplier will only apply to the 20 energy of the basic attack, not the added 10

So since she only needs 113 ER for a 3 turn ultimate, I can use Bronya's lc and either ER planar set to reach that. There wouldn't be a reason to use an ER rope at that point, so i can use an Hp or Def rope instead for more survivability.

Since when you pull a character they start at 0 energy in overworld I panicked when I didn't get my ult in 3 turns but it was just because I had never used an ult before so was missing the 5 energy LOL
Thanks for Sparkle CN analysis. Yes I'd like to see an updated video on SPD/AV I run Sparkle with Dr Ratio, Topaz & Gepard (will be replaced by Aventurine if I'm lucky like I was for her). This team is really fun to play and she removes the brain aching for SP management (mostly due to the fact I'm still building my team). And another good point, Ruan Mei is free for my Blade team
14:19 so if i have an S5 dance×3 on tingyun and 4p hakerspace on sparkle + vonwaq, she will only need 157,4 SPD to get 3 turns on the first cycle ? (sparkle will be running past and futur)

One action cycle is 10000 AV You take the amount of action advance percentage and multiply it with the current action cycle. The current action cycle then gets subtracted by the result.

@@SlL222 Sparkle has a downtime of 3 turns, 2 if you hyper invest in her ult uptime, while Hanya naturally has a 2 turn downtime if you can proc the stacks. The buff starts with a 3 turn duration and gets a 4 turn duration when retriggered. In practice there won't be a difference bc of the 3 turn grace period the buff has, but Hanya should be the only other Harmony that can easily and consistently use Sparkle's cone.

Taken pretty out of context Ruan Mei isn't enough for dual DPS teams where both DPS wants to spam skill. She's absolutely fine with Topaz/Blade + someone and BS + Kafka. Sparkle just potentially open up an option for 2 SP hungry DPSes to be run together even if not optimally.

I dont think Eagle is useful if you use her S1, just take 2pc messenger to help the 160.1 SPD + 2pc rainbow

Yes, 133.4 speed is a breakpoint. If you're not on 133.4 speed, you might as well be on 120 speed.

I run Sparkle with Dr Ratio, Topaz & Gepard (will be replaced by Aventurine if I'm lucky like I was for her).
This team is really fun to play and she removes the brain aching for SP management (mostly due to the fact I'm still building my team). And another good point, Ruan Mei is free for my Blade team

Just save it for Acheron, e2 sparkle is great but a new 5 star is just better for your account. And we all know Acheron is gonna be insane. Personally imma keep pulling cause I want e2 but not acheron

E2>S1. S1 is really the team wide crit rate for semi carry supports. DDD is just better in most situations.

One action cycle is 10000 AV
You take the amount of action advance percentage and multiply it with the current action cycle. The current action cycle then gets subtracted by the result.

No. You will have downtime for two turns because you need to do 2+2 with hanya, while sparkle can do +4 within one turn.

@@SlL222 Sparkle has a downtime of 3 turns, 2 if you hyper invest in her ult uptime, while Hanya naturally has a 2 turn downtime if you can proc the stacks. The buff starts with a 3 turn duration and gets a 4 turn duration when retriggered.
In practice there won't be a difference bc of the 3 turn grace period the buff has, but Hanya should be the only other Harmony that can easily and consistently use Sparkle's cone.

Ruan Mei isn't enough for dual DPS teams where both DPS wants to spam skill. She's absolutely fine with Topaz/Blade + someone and BS + Kafka.
Sparkle just potentially open up an option for 2 SP hungry DPSes to be run together even if not optimally.
