    Your method on the golf swing is priceless and should be embraced by all who hope to play the game for a lifetime. No one's young forever, so why not adopt a playing method now that is body friendly and can be utilized for as long as one desires to play. Also, this method does not sacrifice distance, accuracy or any other facet of the game. In fact, I have found it enhanced my game. Thank you

    I came across Easiest Swing videos this past month ago and I can only saw…what a game changer for my game. I’m 77 years old and have been at this game for 40 years. My hcp index has since changed to a 14 and still have game…BUT I have lost my tempo and follow thru which has changed my ball dispersion. I’m missing greens on my second shot on par fours and third shot on par 5’s …meaning I’m chasing a chip shot and praying for 2 putts just to make bogey 😢.. After adopting the Easiest Swing method in a very short time ..I feel like a 30 year old again… I literally play with no pain or stiffness after a round , can hit 100 balls at the range where as before I would hit 20 balls and I was done. Forget lessons,all the other videos you may see. ..and believe me I watched 100 ‘rds and all had good fundamentals…However if your any age..adopt the Easiest Swing method….it works 💯

      Hi Bob thank you for that glowing testimony. Your voice is so much more powerful than ours, we know ES works but many in the world of golfers don’t believe what we say, why not? …..they don’t believe can be that easy, as you say there is a ton of stuff on the internet and elsewhere that tries to convince you otherwise! So hearing this from you as a normal golfer of your age and experience is really powerful. We just want more people to discover it. Brian started this off nearly 40 years ago but he would have been delighted that golfers such as yourself have made so much improvement due to his concepts. I wish you many years of easy golf ahead and thank you once again. 🙏

    Good evening, that really is such a good example of how easy the swing can be. I think for may golfers, no matter what they do, they frequently fat it or thin a shot, with many flipping the hands, because they dont understand proper impact and release. They get themselves into all manner of body hurting positions "because thats what the pros do", but it still doesnt solve the problem. As I said, if the release was fully understood and perfected, then applying the easy swing would be a great way to successful golf. It would be interesting to see you do a video on the actual release. Best Regards to you.

      It is worth reading Ernest Jones “Swing the Clubhead” and Bill Melhorn “Golf Secrets Exposed” to understand more of the essence of Easiest Swing if you’d like to know more about us. We will indeed be doing more videos along the lines you suggest, although we avoid talking about “positions” Brian (our founder) always said that if you break a swing into parts you no longer have a swing.

    Thanks Phillip. I only recently found your channel, and I'm so eager to play my first round of golf with my own authentic ES. I'm reading your book, have ordered the Swing Caddie, and have been practicing the dance of golf and the 6 basics everyday for a week now. I have lower back pain daily, but have not yet had any surgeries. Hopefully my new ES will allow me to play for many more years (66 yrs. old now).

      @Easiestswing  4 місяці тому +1

      Well done Steve sounds like you are making great strides and I’m sure you’ll discover a swing that puts the absolute minimum strain on your lower back. I don’t know if this will help but I took up yoga at 40 having previously had 15 years of lower back pain and have hardly ever had any back problems since (26 years on). I believe my back problems were a consequence of inflexibility but you’ll read more about this in the book. Good to have you on board and maybe consider joining the club in due course where you can get constant support and in depth learning of ES. 👍

    Does this not promote a very flat backswing. I’m trying your tips and find my backswing is flat and hit the ball right. Many thanks 😊

    • @Easiestswing
      @Easiestswing  Рік тому +1

      This is not the normal response although it may encourage a slightly flatter and more inside movement than you had previously. It is unlikely to make you “very” flat though. It may be that you timing will need to adjust to the new plane so that means slowing your centre a little to give time for your hands to release the clubhead a little more. This should straighten your shots and create more clubhead speed into the bargain. Hope that helps.

    I have been a fan of Brian and his instructional video for years and continue to follow you and Sean as new videos come out. Aside from the beautiful swing you have developed I notice that you don’t ground your driver. Is that personal preference or something you recommend to all that watch your videos to do? I could see that it might prevent dragging the club in the backswing movement. What are your thoughts on this?

    • @Easiestswing
      @Easiestswing  4 місяці тому

      Hi Richard and thanks for your support. I often get asked about this and I will give you the same honest answer - I don’t know when I started doing this - or why! It is over 30 years ago and I’m not sure it was even a conscious thing. I really don’t remember- I certainly don’t think it does any harm to have zero resistance when you take the club away, so my best recommendation is give it a go and see if you like it, if it feels comfortable stick with it and if not, drop it. As you know we are not prescriptive so find your own best way and don’t feel you have to conform. I was listening to an ex- tour player recently and he now starts his swing a foot from the ball and loves it. Be prepared to break a few rules you never know what you might find!! 🤩

  • @boudewijntideman6354

    I agree with you completely, but now I often miss the sweetspot and hit the ball with the heel of the club and shank. I have the 'feeling' that I'm to close to the ball now. Do you have any tip/trick to solve that problem? Boudewijn, Amsterdam

    • @Easiestswing
      @Easiestswing  Рік тому +2

      The simplest way is to put two balls down about 2” apart (experiment+\-) and hit the inside ball and miss the other. It is not usually caused by the distance you stand from the ball. Once you get the feel of hitting more towards the toe of the club just focus on that feel.

      The more relaxed your arms and wrists can be and the smoother you can make your wrist action the less strain you’ll put on the elbows. Avoid tension at impact and this will help too.
