For anyone wondering, the slight variation he touched in is for to the spin of the bullet. It's either spinning WITH the wind or against it. IIRC there's also a slight jump or drop in elevation that can be attributed to it called the Magnus Effect. I could be wrong; it's been a minute since i shot seriously...or even taken a refresher class
I have been following you for months and your content is amazing and inspiring. I know very little about distance shooting. I just took my first class for long range shooting. I have a 308 18” 5r and it shoots great. Way better than I could ever imagine. I took your advice and went mills instead of MOA.. I appreciate your work and your honesty in shooting and in your opinion… I enjoy learning. Which app does a better job without the use of the kestrel ??? Thank you for your time..
@@WeaponSnatcher I’m a single father and I live in southern Oregon. Unfortunately I have to find classes that are close to me.. I can’t be gone for a weekend.. plus affording travel is not in the budget..
Love your videos man!! I wasn't sure about you when I first saw that rainbow rifle of yours 😋😋 but your videos are packed with info!! Wish your rifle Happy Pride month for me 😂
How to find your gun number? I don’t know. Ask the atf how many guns they think you own and then, if you’ve lived a good, clean, moral life, triple that number. lol
I am now frantically scowering my ballistic calculator's database to find a round that's .69 mil at 6.9mph at 420 yards
