Cleaning the tongue is better if you scrape it towards the back. You get much more debris off that way.

6:49 Tongue scraping is NOT a general part of oral hygiene?!? I’m so surprised to hear him say that. I’d always seen my parents use copper or steel scrapers. So although I wasn’t initially taught to scrape, I knew it was something I’d eventually work into my regimen as I got a little older.
I lost my taste and smell 2 years ago from covid. I so wish it would come back.

Can you smell? I lost my sense of smell and taste but I have pretty much regained my taste and I can smell better now but not like I used to. Like, I have regained 60% of my smelling ability

That’s Anatomy for you, symptoms arise from identifiable problems, correct, but people obsess over statements like these and assume that they are in danger almost immediately and head home and check themselves thoroughly
This is why we as humans have an immune system
Injury is absolutely 100% different nonetheless, but from personal experience? You wouldn’t even realize the severity of your injury or injuries, because you’d instantly be in denial
