thanks so much for making this video! just found an old bottle from the ocean a couple of days ago, cleaned up great. turned out to be a real antique! thanks so much for your help. really appreciate it
Those bottles cleaned up very nice Matt. Have you ever tried one of the bottle brushes that has the sponge fingers and the wire handle? You can cut the loop off of the handle and put the handle in a electric drill to polish the inside!
I have not but thats an interesting thought. I may try that and let you know how it turns out
Appreciated!! I'm one of those guy's who asks how to clean them lol. Nice bottles congrats! GL&HH!
Yes sir thank you
Hi Swamp Kritter, nice education on cleaning bottles! One caveat to what you say..having regular bottles cleaned like new is great for all..except the really rare bottles, like really old pirate onion bottles for instance you may want to leave in found condition.
I agree if I ever found an onion or mallet I would leave as is for sure. Thanks for the watch and the comment brother
Gonna try your cleaning method!😊
New sub from this video. Thank you!
Thank you for showing us how to clean old bottles. I'll save this video for later. God bless you💫☘️

Really useful vid thanks. New sub from the UK
Thank you for sharing your expertise!
My pleasure!
River crud is a pain to clean off my bottles and teeth, definitely going give this a try !!
Have 1923 coke display bottle with what looks like mineral deposits in the neck of throttle. Have tried Muriatic acid and other cleaners with no luck. Any thoughts?
Ultrasonic cleaner with dawn dish soap and purple power. Zero damage from contact and nothing even comes close.
Won't the muriatic acid eat paint off the acl bottles?
💯👍
Muriatic Acid works best for me.
USE EFFERDENT (this is used for false teeth)! Drop a few in ur bottles let set for awhile! 🤗
