You will love that krone mower. Great strong mower and no belts to slip.
Nice 1 Adrian nice to see the case fixed 👌👍
Great video Adrian Great looking mower
Nice mower, looking forward to seeing it working.
like the tractors, and the mower, great video, educational, and entertaining
Brilliant as always, good luck with the case
Thats a fine mower lad, looks well built
Imagine disliking these fun and entertaining videos
They dislike them for the very reasons perhaps 😉
It’s the john Deere fanboys, if they don’t see yellow rims and glossy green they aren’t impressed
Great channel and great to see the subs growing so well ! 👍
Fine setup Adrian
Nice one Adrian, sweet bit of kit, enjoy this bit of weather, you won't have it for long!
Great video Adrian, looking forward to your trial run of the Krone mower, looks a fine machine.
Great video as always, keep up the good work, its great to see your channel grow and well deserved too, just keep doing what your doing and you will have even greater success in the future.
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Thanks for sharing your great video’s please keep them coming.
Well done great video 👍
Fine mower Adrian best of luck with it
Mower looks well. Be great to see it mowing in few days. Good fix on the case too. She be good as new 👌👌
Your spot on about newer tractor breakdowns, you'd want to win the euro millions.Againgreat video 💚🤍💛.
Great content in your videos as always Adrian 👌
Very interesting 👌👍look forward to next one 👍
That light on your dash is for your pickup hitch. When the hooks are released the light is on. Possibly faulty switch on the pickup hitch.
Great video again
One advantage with the tool box lid in the open position, lunch & tea cup holder ;)
Looks great👍👍
Krone is brilliant but i would definetly consider the R320. The price should not be much higher but at least you got the 3m width
Nice one Adrian.
Best of luck with the Case, let hope the problems are sorted. That's a decent looking mower for sure.
I have a Kroen for the last ten years and it’s cut silage grass stone and timber it’s is still in good shape
Nice tidy toolbox 🧰👌
Great looking mower bud
Great video.
glad the old girl is ok mate .and would love to see you test that new 8 s and that bit at the end with hudson was so nice . he's lovely .. miss my black lab so much
Love the videos I'm for ireland my self. but keep up the good work
Good to see the case back in action ,the krone looks well on the MF 👌
class video. Adrian. Like watching ur videos. U always to the point. Great job on case.class toolbox. 👍👌🌟
Thanks Sean
We have a 7”10 krone about 20 years old and we’re still cutting silage with it in sync with a 10 foot pottinger trailed and it cuts every bit as good as the newer mower absoloutly shaves the ground
Great video my 885 done the water pump and I put a thermostat and a radiator into her and it turns out the head gasket was away try ur mower out on a good heavy swathe to see what way she gets on
Fantastic video Adrian! Lovely tyres on the case there! ;)
They sure are 😎👍
Awesome 😄😄☀️
We have a 390 89 3 stick and pulls a 12 ton digger and loads of clay all the time and still it has an original clutch just a bearing and 1 pressure plate and we have it 20 years
Ah Adrian just admit you have it bought!! Fine mower BTW
Great Videos , The amber light on the dash is related to the pick up hitch release handle that’s located behind the seat once released it should put that light on and also a amber triangle warning ⚠️ light that flashes .
Cheers mate, at least now I can hopefully pin point the problem easier 👍
those are very nice tractors
Good man adrian, was hoping you'd demo a krone. I bought the very same mower couple of months ago. Driving it with a 1993 fiat 82-94. Nice machine to work, very quick and smooth to lift and drop at the headland so no need to clutch. Would agree with earlier comments that you could go for 320 or bigger on massey.look forward to seeing what you think of it
Fantastic to see the Case up a running again. That wee tractor owes you nothing Adrian. She's a good'un.
I sat up in that very same 8s. I hadn’t a clue what half the buttons did because I’m used to a massey 398. But I’m sure if u press them all in the correct order you’d probably end up on the moon
Ya she’s a bit of a jump from a 398 in fairness, it’s a learning curve for sure 👍. 398 great tractor
You,ve just made me go ahead and buy a mower like that one Adrian, sure i can,t go wrong when i follow your video,s.
I haven’t mowed with it yet, I’ll have a video on that mid week
Will be watching out for it, keep on with the videos, there great, we are all learning from you.
AHH yer big kid !! Truly like a kid in a candy store !! 😅 Enjoy it !! Very nice Adrian !! Love your videos , I'm going to have to visit Ireland !! 👍
There was some serious drying of fields down here in Mayo over the last week and if it continues we might be able to get the digger out to pull a few tile drains, fingers crossed 🤞
Top fix on the case . She a grand yolk .
Fab set Adrian don’t think u be sending back that krone mower after using it
Hi adrian
The amber light on the dash is for your pickup hitch
Hi Adrian, great video! Dad says he thinks a conditioner mower would suit you better 🙂
I agree , machinery is just one of those items that has normal wear and tear , Radiator replacement - pays to do the water pump, thermostat and hoses , that’s not a major given the age , new clutch , again they do wear out so yeah I get that it’s all not cheap , but it’s just maintenance that one has to do .
Another good vid with hands on and a look at some new toys lol ... did you ever sort the cctv cameras out with the " spider spray" .. keep up the good work .
I got to say it… that 5s is a really nice looking tractor.. great vid as always Adrian 💪
That one was on its way to an agricultural college, lovely tractor. Very compact but still enough power to do a lot of work.
@@IFarmWeFarm that’s the tractor you should demo ! Would be off interest to a lot of farmers
We have a krone 243 and its 16years old never did anything to it just oil and New knifes💪
I have a krone 320 mower, if grass is flat can't get a decent cut other than that it's very good,
I called it that you should try an ECR 280 a great mower 👌🏻
Just watching this now…I drove my case around mowing for a season without the bonnet due to the radiator too😂. I patched mine because a 40 year old tractor is hard to get parts for here
I have a krone 320 brilliant mower
Adrian 7718 s massey awsome tractor 🚜 there was a lot of money sitting in the yard. Nice 👍 looking krone mower 👩🌾👩🌾👌👌👍👍🏴🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧😎😎
To right doing them repairs Adrian That tractor has no deprecation I don't no what it cost you but a should think it is Increasing in value 🚜👍
A Krone 320 would be fine on your tractor I use one with a conditioner but with your Drumlins the one you have is probably better suited
Fair mover to cut
That light constantly on in your cab is for your hitch. We have a problem with our sensor too. The light should normally come on when your hitch isn't locked into place
Was just about to write the same.
This kind of thing is what UA-cam is all about, I’m sure it must save many people hours of headaches by pointing out such issues 👍
@@themayorofdipshittery3646 this is nearly the only thing I could help with as far as machinery goes haha! I learn a lot from different farming channels. Farming will come on a lot with the information out there these days. My father's generation was very isolated, you did the job the way you've always done it and that's the way it was. No changing. This new generation seems to be very open and different, nice for a change
Great to know what it’s for, will make it much easier to find the problem hopefully now, thanks mate
@@IFarmWeFarm its been flashing in our yoke 25+ years. 🤭
Great video Adrian, Toolbox looks the part on Massey, toolbox on tractor is disappointing, took the one out of my 7616, tools, clips etc on floor of cab, my look up one purchased.👍
We bought a r280 the only thing though is us and a lot of neighbours were having the problem of it pushing the grass into the far blade and bogging it down so we had to change all the saucers to the other way around
Krone 👌
You should put a set of front mudguards on her save her look better 👍
You should keep the topper so you dont wreck the krone with dung and try and keep the krone good
im glad you got a krone because hay team are testing kuhn and pemburtins testing malone one lonley farmer likes krones claims there more expensive but built stronger more stout
Ifarmwefarm bucket hat coming?
I know what he means when he says the case is worth fixing, I have a 390t with 10,00 hours and it has been kept so well, still 95% original apart from lights, clutch and brakes, if a pipe rusted through I brazed it if the alternator went ( which it never did) I would have rebuilt it and I rebuilt the original starter, sure if I have probally never taking the bale handlers off it ( all it’s used for ) I just love the old tractor
Hudson is my favorite, how I would like to cuddle, stroke and talk with him. Lovely guy.
also as for the mower if you cut a few mole hills down and large tuffs of grass let us know if it struggles or not? where i am in Nottinghamshire we have hundreds of mole hills... they maybe fluffy balls of fun but they are a pain in the ****! when it comes to mowing...
Well Adrian we have a malone product 900 it is a savage mower. Everything is good about it except not having the quick change blades it looks very handy. And what model of Malone were you looking at. 😁
Adrian on our case the light turns on when the pick up hich is unlocked
It's a shame your so far away thinking about changing my mower next year would love to see it working in the field
I’ll have a video on it midweek David
@@IFarmWeFarm sound you didn't think about the kverneland mowers
Ha, I took the toolbox of of our tractor as it was only a place to gather dirt and stuff. It was slightly resonating too. If I need tools they're back in my workshop which is always nearby.
But that diamondplated one does look awesome and indeed fits the Massey well :).
Enjoy the Krone, but that massey could handle a 3meter + model with ease. Is there a reason you opted for a 280 model?
Diamond plate always looks good.
I would keep the old mower for topping rather then ruining a good mower
The light on the dash at 5:30 comes on when your hitch is unlocked
our 6465 is a 120hp 6 cylinder and runs a 10 foot mower conditioner completely fine so just saying if u were worried for power or anything like 150 hp should be well able for it at good speed
No definitely not worried about power at all, That 7615 can boast to 175 if needed. Just rather a non conditioner so i can shake out and rake up easier
@@IFarmWeFarm ah fair enough then best of luck with the mower
To be fair a very smart safety feature from Massey. I presume they put a lock on it so it would force people to turn off the tractor when getting out of it.
I don’t know, to me anything that frustrates you and is awkward to use is always a big minus. Thankfully Massey have now fixed there mistake on the newer models
If you are keeping the other mower for topping would it not make sense to maybe go for a conditioner mower for just mowing silage
Would you try a McHale mower a go serious mower to cut
Hi .. dogs don't sweat like us but the do perspire through there glands in there paw pads
And there tongue I think too
Would you try a malone 🤔. The krone look really good
Try a malone or a kevernaland
Krone has a briliant drivetrain and gear system but I hear lot's of complaint's due to material weakness. Don't have a Krone mower of my own but that's what I hear...with care she will last a while in my opinion
Looks very very strong to me, but then there’s a man to break everything 😉. 👍
Do you ever intend on re- spraying the quickie loader and upholstering the cab over the winter if she ain’t busy
He uses it everyday of winter for feeding.
I'm surprised all those new Massys didn't have LED cab lights (well they all looked like halogen to me)
hi adrian is the light on the dash of the case not for the pickup hitch been unlocked?, does the rev counter not get a signal from the altenator i have a case 4240 and that is how it works
Hi
What about a sip mower, they also make good equipment
Never see any of there stuff around these parts
What do you do with the paddock after you have topped it? Fertilize it and let it graze by the cows again?
Great vid
Yes fertiliser or slurry then cows back to it in about 14 days
You should invest in a topper because mowers are not ideal for the job I have a green topper on a kubota m5040 it works well
No I’d never buy a topper again, had them for years but since the disc mower came in it’s all we’d ever use
Did you look at a Samasz?
pottinger is the best mower
In my home town of Bailieboro - hope to get home next year
