For the flour was it you can use either 47g of all purpose flour or 63g of pastry flour or did you need both?
I'm about to try this today but with 54 mL water, it probably shouldn't be a 1:1 flour to liquid ratio so I'm gonna do both (or just do 110g AP)

2g Sugar
47g AP Flour
63g Pastry Flour
77g Butter
1 Egg
3g Vanilla Extract
7g Sugar
Pinch of salt
Let double in size, add pearl sugar
Rest 15 mins and then cook
