Correct me if I'm wrong but this requires at least 20 frame perfect tricks (condensing the the crouch jumps and perfect fireballs needed at the end into 1 trick respectively) and 40+ nearly humanly impossible jumps throughout (If you count the late crouch jumps closer to 100) just to get a clear at 000 time. Absolutely insane, even TASing this thing must have taken absolutely forever. Really incredible work.
@@mightyowl251 I reviewed it again and I understated the number of frame perfects by at least 10. There are entire 10-15 frame perfect sections that happen within single tricks, with every single frame having to have perfect placement and control, something I've only seen in SM64 TAS. One I overlooked and is now my favorite part of the level is 1:11 - 1:16. Viewers should slow that down to 0.25x to really appreciate how absolutely impossible this section is. I am positive this is within the most impressive Mario TAS runs in existence, don't stop your shit man.

I love how this isn't just a "spin jump on spin jumpable object!!" type of kaizo, it also requires about 20 different kinds of pixel perfect inputs all over and perfect knowledge of the game's mechanics
Finally, a level that will take lilkirbs a few tries. Real talk though, I actually want to see him attempt to. Maybe he'll get a try that runs out of time, that'd be pretty impressive.
do you even know that getting through 2 spikes in mm2 is literally pixel perfect for example? this is a tas and this level is impossible for anyone also lilkirbs is not the best Mario Maker player
I saw that you said tbis was made on an emulator and was curious as to which one because im hoping to get into ai tas for smm2. Good job btw, this is so impressive!
This is really cool. You should upload an edited version that is more possible for humans (really just less 1 tile spike gaps). The cool tricks could make for a really fun kaizo level.
I got this rerecommnded to me, forgetting that I'd already seen it, and came down to the comments and found my comment from a year ago lol. This level is DEMONIC!
Sometimes I like to imagine people who haven't played 2D Mario in a really long time stumbling upon Mario Maker videos like these and just having their minds absolutely blown

I used Mario's position-coordinates and a lot of trial an error😅
