You may need to clean the clutch from the duplex. Wash the paper pick-up roller from the cassette. Shine the duplex flashlight and check that there is no loose piece of paper that is jammed and is now obstructing the paper path.
Sir, I have a 2015 printer. a single print works fine but like around 5 paper printing gets stuck. The stuck paper is white which comes out from top in exit bin and there will be another one stuck in toner area. I have released the side clutch but still the problem persists. Any help will be appreciated
You need to replace the paper pick-up roller and if this does not solve the problem, you need to check all sensors in the paper path.
@@MrRicoh I had no idea that there would be another sensor beside the clutch. Could you please advice on that?
