Honestly I do not care if MIUI has little to no new features from MIUI 12. All I really hope for is that they make a lot of under the hood optimisations, less resource intensive, less RAM aggressive, smoother UI, etc.
miui is useless, i'm assuming this version of miui 13 is based on android 12 and yet there's no hint of material you design and wallpaper color based theming, miui still doesn't have the option to change system accent colors natively which was in android 10, xiaomi never really implements google's new changes into it's software, but they do make it look more and more like iOS though ffs.
