- An Australian man's voice (#AussieASMRMan) is quietly whispering and chewing gum as he draws a simple map of #Ireland, including Northern Ireland and then discusses key facts. These key facts include, history, capital cities, sport and population etc. Autonomous sensory meridian response (#ASMR). All the discussion are done in a quiet whisper, while chewing gum.
This video uses the Blue Yeti microphone for the audio. The video portion is recorded on a Olympus Stylus camera.

Craggy Island is a fictional place although you can visit the house of Father Ted in county Clare ,the interior shots were all filmed in London and the island shots were taken from the Aran Islands . It ran from 1995-1998!☘️

1. The Videos are always better with Gum and when you free hand rather then trace cause you tend to explain a lot more

I passed my geography test with helps with this i forgot the channels and i struggled with them for a while, this video helped me remember them, you also had to do 2 facts on ireland and this really helped, i wrote about the border-northern Ireland and republic of Ireland and also about the troubles

Thanks, but no I'm not a geography teacher. Yes, I do a bit of research on each place before I do the map drawing video. I find it interesting finding out about these places, which probably comes across in my videos.

AS A MAN FROM ULSTER (south of Ireland Cavan) THE ULSTER FLAG IS NOT ONE WITH A CROWN THAT IS THE NORTHERN IRELAND FLAG
The ulster flag is a white backed flag with a red right hand in the center and it symbolizes when 3 men on a said the first man to reach this point (ulster) it will be theirs so as they all raced to reach ulster first one of the men cut his right hand off and threw it to shore and that is symbolized on the flag

In regards to the Union Jack. It’s the flag of the UK as a whole, in which N.I is a part of. The red cross on the Union Jack represents N.I (formally all of Ireland of course) as that is the cross of St. Patrick.

First of all, phenomenal video. You drew Ireland better than even I could and although there were a few mistakes your research was pretty good. Regarding the flag thing, Northern Ireland is treated as a separate country but it isn't really a country. Thus it doesn't really have a flag. The government buildings us the union jack I believe and that red and white flag you had is usually just used in sports since there is no UK team. It is a modified Ulster-England flag I'm pretty sure

When he came across how 35 million people in America have irish ancestry, i did not hear him mention about the famine. All i heard is he say it was weird. Irish republicans when the famine was active, they fled to America, to be safe. A lot of people who were somehow alive fled there, so that is why there is a lot of people with irish ancestry. It’s easily looked at.
