How to clean vintage action figures, on a cold snowy (or any) day.

I had to miss the Royal Oak Toy Show but you watch in awe as I clean vintage action figures such as He-Man, Rambo, and more vintage goodness. Ok maybe not in awe but perhaps get a tip or two on how I do it.
