From my childhood I lean my intrest in dance and music but I came from orthodox family from kerala. my mom never saw dance and music as a profession. I'm a bathroom singer as soon as my family hear me singing they call me "moolialangari" I like extra curricular than studying but my family encourages to concentrate on Studies. Now I'm 26 I'm married and independent but the only *regretion* In my life is i never learnt dance and music. I dont know I can learn now.
Go for it. Atleast try it. If u can't continue it, its fine. Atleast u tried. And then u know how it might have ended up if u choose to walk that path and u don't have to carry it to the grave. It will be an amazing and cherishing memory atleast. Go for it❤️
Sterling performances. Dubey is a star . Well dictioned with a flavour of the south. The men are well actioned. As for the daughter .... delightful. Dattani you have elicited great marvel from the actors.
The theatre is good. But i have also seen the movie adaptation where Anoushka Shankar played lata ...and that ensemble and acting and music ...oh it was magic !!! every one must watch that.
Its brilliantly acted. But i have a suggestion, that the paly pointed againtst stereotypes of male classical dancers which criticized by the society. The main problem what society says against male dancing that it causes men the femininity. But actually its a misconception and Dattani is trying to clear that. But in this play the young jairaj potrays a feminine body language, its not proper for the play's concept n theme. You should have to present him as an ordinary young man without that feminine gestures. Its a simple personal suggestion otherwise its amazing n really helped for my studies. 🙂🙂
such talented actors/actress y'all are executing your roles perfectly... I love love love this.... I wish that I could watch it live
