    Ingredients
    500 grams chicken meat
    The skin of one chicken
    500 grams fine bulgur
    2 onions
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tomato
    1 tablespoon of tomato paste
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 tablespoon dried basil
    1/2 tablespoon of dry basil
    To cook:
    1/2 teacup of oil
