- This is the new MKS DLC32 V2.1 Wifi CNC Control from Makerbase.
this board can be used to control any CNC machine that operates in the XYZ plane using stepper motors.
in this video i have reviewed the board and shown you how you can use the board, how to set it up, install the latest firmware, how to connect the board to wifi through which you can use the board using any device in your wifi network. also you can use the board using the MKS laser smartphone app.

I set this card up with three external stepper drivers for my homemade 3 axis CNC machine. I'm using open builds control to test everything and it seems to be all working correctly. I'm wondering if I need to supply the board with 5 volts if it's not connected to USB? Or does it get all of its power from the 12-volt connector?
Can we add relay for automatic spindle switch?
I can use this board with the draw cnc ?

Why doesn't the mobile app have z-axis?
I am having a problem like once I connect my msk laser tool for wifi and after that If I disconnect the power then my board is not connecting again I'll have to connect the board and reconnect for software while plugging so there is any to skip this ?
Maybe you can try to reflash the firmware back to 2.10 or 2.08 as shown in the video
please can you tell me about the wiring of the nema17 with mks dlc 32v2.1. I am facing issue with the running of the motors with the board.
Do you put driver boards on main board? They are sale separately in some offers.If yes check is they right connected to the main board. If yes you need data sheet for Nema motors to see what pin for what is.

you cant, its a hardware limitation, since it only has 3 driver ports, and the 2y outputs are both connected to the same driver, so gantry squaring wont work either
would this work for the 2D Pen Plotter with all the same feature or is it just for laser engravers

The TwoTrees Laser I have uses the same board less the display board. I have no problem using the latest version of LightBurn.
I am having an issue using this board. During the milling, the Z axis is going down. Do you know what happening?
it is probably the forces of the endmill pulling down on the z axis, and the stepper isnt strong enough to hold it in place. mayby try a straight flute or downcut endmill, the dont produce that much force pulling down
Change Your stepper motor ,I got the same issues last month

Yes,go to Lightburn in settings and re-add laser again with wi-fi connection.
Does it support Lightburn?

It’s labeled as a cnc laser machine you just connenet a spindal to the port that says spindal

Which version of firmware you installed, the latest 2.30 was disable that Wifi autoconnect feature temporarily, to fix some bugs…if you want it back, best to flash the older version, 2.10 or 2.08
You realise there is almost NO support for this board and the last firmware update was a year ago?

I can use this board and program it with the arduino environment?
you dont need to program it, it has built in firmware. you can directly use it using GRBL controller
Basically it is in Arduino environment , with a integrated cnc shield.
