Sharpening using Edge Pro

Today we are trying out the Edge Pro Pro
Keep in mind it's fundamentally the same as the Edge Pro Apex. The main difference is the overall build quality of the unit so all the principles should still apply when using the EPA (Edge Pro Apex)
